I made a Halloween Cat (Etsy, StitchesLoversShop pattern) on fabric I triple-hand-dyed, and then expanded the star field. Dipped the fabric into navy on one side, green on the other, black in the middle, then washed/repeated (technique in comments. It’s both dark and bright! by tarahmarie42

Beth Carroll from Beth Carroll Art is an Australian artist, living and working in Ireland.
She started embroidery last year but recently gave into urges to play with embroidery on tulle. Her work quickly took on a life of it’s own, even tricking some people into thinking they were looking at a bird that happily landed on a hoop in her garden. The bird’s name is Duffy.
