Hey guys, here with another theory (don’t worry, I have art on the way)! This is also about Real Life!!!

As said in one of my previous posts, two full sets of soulmates from double life have won a life series, Scar & Grian and Scott & Pearl.

Now, that Real Life has happened, it has proved my theory even further as Martyn was the winner with a soulmate who hadn’t won…until now, that Cleo has won Real Life!

So now, all 6 winners have their soulmate counterparts (from double life) also being winners.

Adding on from that, these soulmate pairings were the only ones in the series that had serious soulmate issues (4 of them being in the divorce quartet) and Grian “cheating” on Scar with BigB.

But it’s just a theory, a silly Minecraft server theory…or is it?

As every other winner has got a cosmic being that identifies with them, I’m here to formally request that Cleo’s should be Venus.

She is kind, caring and hasn’t (on the whole) betrayed people who she’s teamed with. She loves the people she’s allied with and will protect them fiercely.

I think Venus specifically as she is the Roman goddess of love and victory!

Am I the asshole for constantly gaslighting everyone around me because I have a big secret?

I, M (33), am currently trapped within a server with a bunch of pirates. I know gaslighting everyone sounds bad, but there is a justified reason.

To set the scene, I am a human guy and not a player within the data stream. I was stupid and touched some tech that I shouldn’t have. I’ve been floating from server to server destroying LOOT shards, which were put there by this evil corporation called CHEST.

This server that I’m at is pirate themed, which to be granted, is my vibe, so I’ve had a lot of fun. But it’s getting to the point where I need to destroy this loot shard and get out of here, which yesterday I finally did.

This is where the gaslighting part comes in, I can’t tell anyone about what I’m doing as they are “NPC’s” which basically means they aren’t aware that they are in a video game and that there are other worlds out there. I feel especially bad as I left everyone at the most important, dangerous and potentially life-threatening battle in the servers history to leave through the portal, for my own personal benefit. Also, the fact that I left them there with that hideous creature, cruppy, god I hate that…thing.

Am I the asshole or was my reasoning and timing justified for my personal safety?

So, I’ve been trying to work out how C!Martyn (Eyes and Ears) and C!Martyn (Data Stream) respective lores link together. I think I’m getting there.

So, the timeline for (Eyes and Ears) is EVO SMP, all the Life Series and as of today, it’s looking like the ASMP is connected too. I believe that (Eyes and Ears) is an “NPC”, the kind of player within a world that is not aware that they are in the data stream and don’t hop worlds (without outside interference, for example, the watchers) or if they do, they don’t remember how. E&E is aware of all life series players and what has happened in previous games and servers but isn’t aware that he is within a game.

However (Data Stream) is a fully aware guy from the real world who goes undercover as a player to destroy LOOT shards placed there by the evil corporation C.H.E.S.T. (Data Stream) is fully aware he is inside of the game and can traverse the data stream at his own will (if he goes to the portal in each server).

Where I think this may cross over somehow, is that C.H.E.S.T discover that (Data Stream) is an undercover agent tasked to destroy LOOT shards, and either purposely or accidentally find (Eyes and Ears) and puts a loot shard within a server in the life series or a server similar to EVO or ASMP so that they will inevitably meet.

Who knows what implications that would cause, maybe it would awaken E&E or maybe it would destroy one of the two leaving a version of C!Martyn who is both player and real life guy.

(My mind was wizzing soooooooo fast during that ASMP lore stream today with the big dogs I just had to put something down!)

AITA for accidentally causing a chain of events that led to two pairs of soulmates dying?

I, G (30) accidentally caused the deaths of my friends J (30) and E (age unknown) due to fishing them up high with a rod. In my defence this isn’t fully my fault, I think. J was the only one I had on my fishing rod, but because he can’t seem to do anything without E, he attached E to the fishing chain too. This then caused them to die due to combined fall damage. Whoops.

My other friend P (27), who had been slowly losing her mind over the past few weeks also joined the fishing chain, leading her to be near the loot that was dropped from J and E. She picked up a lovely diamond chest plate that belonged to J and wore it proudly. Then out of the trees, J and E appeared again with murderous looks in their eyes and demanded that P should give J the chest plate back, meanwhile I’m standing there, looking like an absolute lemon, apologising to J and E because I believed it was my fault.

Then P started running away from J and E with the chestplate and this inevitably led to her and S (30) ‘s death. I caused 4 people’s deaths and I don’t know how to feel, aita or was it just my friend’s absolute stupidity?

(And yes this is from grians perspective in double life, I did not do this lmao)
