About the Watcher situation: how was the company expecting to grow? The thing with a subscription service is that everyone knows who you are and what you offer. The fact that no one except people who consume YouTube knows about Watcher + the number of subscriptions would be low due to the whole shit show should’ve been an obvious reason not to go ahead with it. From a purely business perspective, this wasn’t sustainable at all so what gives?
