This scene was so emotional to me. I can't imagine what those boys went through, especially Nils who is attracted to guys. It was beyond messed up and one of the most powerful men in the country participated. Erik and his cohort were third years, and they were just first years. And the way August and Nils are actually talking to each other for once, and it's about how they were afraid to speak up and how they promised to end that part of the initiation for future first years, heartbreaking. </3

Compilation of clues that August would get the crown
Many of these have already been discussed, but I was trying to think of how many there were and decided to put them together in one place. If there are others, please add!
The baggage metaphor. August trying to take the suitcase from Wille. Wille's unwillingness to let it go until Erik tells him to do it (possibly Wille finding out about Erik which allowed him to finally let go of the obligation he felt to be crown prince). And in the end August and Erik have the baggage and Wille has no baggage.

The most obvious answer for Sara would be Spirit, because horse 😂 But I also think she would love Song of the Sea. It's about a sibling duo processing the loss of their mother, and is based on Irish folklore. Gorgeous film! (You should check it out!!)
Simon probably saw Into the Spider-verse with Ayub and Rosh and thought it was the coolest film they'd ever seen. I can also see him as a massive Ghibi/Anime fan. Spirited Away probably topping that list. But then it also wouldn't surprise me if he and Ayub have a lot of inside jokes about Shrek because of memes lol
Felice for sure has a guilty pleasure of watching Renaissance era Disney films. The Little Mermaid, Lion King, Mulan, all the classics! I bet you she's like me and loves to sing along to the musicals and knows all the lyrics by heart haha.
I doubt Wille, or anyone else in that family ever enjoyed watching Disney Princess films. I feel like he might have inherited some nostalgia for older films from his parents. 101 Dalmatians and similar films around that era is as far as he'll go for Disney. Maybe he would like stop-motion? Coraline or Isle of Dogs could be up there for him!

if you had to make a yr moodboard to convince someone to watch yr what would it look like? (gifs, colors, lines, stills ect?) You don't have to make it ofc, you can describe it 💜
Oh gosh. That's so difficult!
So besides telling them the premise of the show, yeah? Hmm, I'd probably gather a bunch of stills, like an aesthetic collage. To showcase the mood and cinematography. Mainly s1 and keep it somewhat vague to avoid spoilers but still intriguing. And make it moody enough so they don't think of it as Heartstopper 2.0 lol

Holy crap yes. If time and money wasn't an issue I'd draw or animate the whole damn show 😂
One reoccurring issue I have with drawing in general, is that the more I like something, the more scared I get of drawing it. Like, I haven't drawn the football field scene once, because I don't feel like I could do it justice. Took me months after watching the show to even dare draw Wilmon at all. It's a weird mental block. 😅
Right now I'm feeling like I'd want to go a bit more freeform and creative with them. Not confine myself to only shots from the show and not get so stuck on always getting their likeness correct. Practicing art is the most fun when I also get to learn something in the process!
For sure I would draw Felice and Sara! Only done them once for a commission before, but I have thought about drawing them several times actually. It's just my brainrot is Wilmon, so they're just the first natural choice haha.
Right now I'm a little busy prepping some stuff for the Wille month event in my spare time to make any plans or promises lol

A Swedish question: if Wille wants to move to wherever Simon lives, to finish his gymnasieutbildning, is it actually illegal to stop him before he's 18? I guess the optics would be in his favour regarding public schools/kommunala skolor.
In Norway you can choose which school you want to go to when you're 15, which is why I'm wondering.

Gymnasiet is completely voluntary! It's year 1-9 that's mandatory. You're not very likely to get a job anywhere though if you haven't completed gymnasiet. But Wille has the right to choose whichever school he wants! You can drop out or switch schools or choose a new programme if you want to. There's an application process however, which depends on what programme he wishes to study and is mainly related to his grades. Since schools in Sweden aren't allowed to charge for tuition, there's limited funding and a cap on how many students can be in one class. So it's very common to apply to several schools at the same time. And if he wishes to change programme now before his second year, he'll have to repeat the first year.
The only issue I'm aware of for under 18's if they choose a school in a different town, is housing. Some schools might offer some help with that, but it's not a guarantee. And if you're not a legal adult you'll probably need help from your parents/legal guardian if you wish to rent a place.

Hello there! Could you share some post-s3 Sara & Felice friendship headcanons?
What a lovely ask! Glad to share some ideas that pop into my head:
Sara is the first person Felice comes out to as asexual. (Specifically gray ace.)
Whether Hillerska re-opens or not, Felice refuses to go back and ends up at a school in the city somewhere. She and Sara send one another post cards. Felice’s tend to be cutely decorated. Simon buys Sara fun pens she can use to write Felice, though she tends to write only in one color. She still doodles, though.
They’re actually pretty good at keeping up a distance friendship. At one point Sara’s working a job in either Malmö or Copenhagen, and she and Felice still stay in touch and have a weekly phone call time.
At the same time, once Sara moves back to Stockholm, she and Felice are… kind of living together for a time? This is based on a headcanon @heliza24 and I discussed together, but essentially, Felice’s parents have bought her a nice townhouse in Stockholm. Felice ends up sleeping at work a lot though because she’s so devoted to her restaurant. So she invites Sara to come live in her townhouse, because Sara needs a place to live, and Felice needs her townhouse to look lived in. They’re better at being roommates than they were at Hillerska.
Felice gives Sara advice for whatever her love life is doing for the moment based on her horoscope. The advice is inconsistent in how helpful it is, so it’s sort of a joke at this point.
Felice likes to drag Sara along on random road trips related to her cooking goals. Like she’ll hear that a particular farm has phenomenal rhubarb and she’ll convince Sara to drive her there. They have set playlists they’ll sing along the way.
