I figured out I'm playing all the time without the Smooth Patch... And getting it to work it's hard. But I'd like to use it, even if the game runs well rn.

I really fucking hate that I wasnt allowed to play the sims 2 growing up because now I have to deal with this trash watered down piece of shit money grabbing pathetic excuse of a sims game. Edit: I do own sims 2 complete collection when EA gave it away at one point. It’s just a matter of readjusting to sims 2, learning how to play and mod it. Sims 4 gameplay wise is a bit more streamline and easier, it is watered down afterall. Don’t get me started on the sims 2 loading times. When I have more time I will try to play it, any information on modding and optimization for it is gladly welcomed.

When either Sims 3 shits itself (like it went on a carnivore diet...), I'll get 2 to work (dirext 9 error struggle) or I'll get back my desire to play 2.

I got Sims 3 run smoothly so far with some high poly/texture CC. But at what price... Hours of sitting and figuring out what went wrong after the settings change (because some video said so). Plus getting a gaming PC. Wonder what real Sims 3 requirements are like.

Now it's left to test what happens with DLCs or Reshade and let's speedrun pink soup in 2.

Imagine sweating yourself, troubleshooting and web searching why Ts3 reads only one mod...

... It turned out I was putting different CC folder all of the time and everything is alright but you didn't enter CAS for example to check and judged based on UI.

Thank God I installed Win 11 on my laptop. It pissed me off so much I saved money on buying Win for my new PC.

Today is the day I said auf wiedersehen to Windows 11. It's just way to annoying to deal with.

She's Penny Ross (in the OG Riverside she's Dina so I changed her to be different from former self) and he's Brody Baxter (formerly Don Baxter, same changes). He's basically a hybrid of Don and Daniel, a cheating husband who at the start dealt with the consequences of being caught cheating by his ex-SIL. The more I look at him, the more he reminds me of L. Penny is a self-employed article writer, going by the pen name of Dina Ross. She does not want to get a job, but wants to earn money. At least she wants to be friendly with her partner's son.
