Zeb stopped short on the ramp of the Ghost apparently just now realizing the state of the weather. Rain, pouring in heavy sheets over the Ghost, blurring the sight of the temple beyond the ship yard. Rebels were dashing back and forth away from the downpour. “Karabast, rain.” His ears drooped.
“Yes Garazeb, it is a *Rain* forest after all.” Kallus quipped starting to head into the rain, glancing back at his dead stopped husband. shielding his eyes from the rain “Zeb” It was a grumpy command for his husband to keep up.
Zeb scowled “But I’m gunna get wet!”
Kallus rolled his eyes once more “Yes that happens in the rain, now lets go!”

“And Alex!” Zeb grabbed him by the poncho and pressed her lips aginst his dry and patched ones, hard, with urgency. “Come back ta me…” She was off quickly, stripes allowing the shadows to devour and hide her form.

“I can’t belive that worked!” Kallus shouted over his shoulder to Zeb, who still had an eye out, taking pot shots at any following trooper.
“Really? We did it to your goons plenty of times! Oldie but goodie!” Zeb half cackled with the memories.
“You just wanted to blow something up”
“Damned right I did!” The grin on Zeb’s face didn’t need to be seen-but clearly heard.
“What’s our situation?”
“Don’t see any stragglers, but I hear something in the distance, better keep that throttle going at full!” She looked back forward narrowing her eyes, tracking the speeds the trees and bushes where hissing past. “You know where we’re going right?”
“I have a vague idea.”
“Karabast, just lovely…KARABAST!” She leaned forward and grabbed the handle bar of the speeder forcing them to violently swerve to the right just as the ground exploded with a powerful shot from behind. “Bob and weave Agent!”
“Don’t tell me how to drive!”
“I won’t if you actually do so!!” She shifted on the Bike, clearly turning arround, her back to Kallus, feet holding her steady as she laid down cover fire. “Any bright ideas? I’m all outta them!”
“Yes- Don’t die”
“Karabast!”
