Last month I went to the zoo with a bunch of other artists and we sketched the animals from life. It made me realize how much I love drawing animals! Here’s a bunch of animal studies I’ve done in the past - the first three were drawn at the zoo, and the rest are from photo reference. Which animal should I draw next?

Here’s some of the concept art I created of Horizon: Zero Dawn’s lead character, Aloy! I worked on this character together with the rest of their talented and inspiring character team at Guerrilla Games for a few months in 2013.
These drawings, plus many more, will be on display at a new museum in Groningen called Storyworld, which is about comics, games and animation. The official opening is coming Saturday the 11th, and I’ll be there all day to give live demonstrations and sign books! Dutchies, will you come say hi? I’d love to meet you!

Okay, so I grabbed the official art of the new girl, named Kasumi Yoshizawa, off of P5R website and put it into my endless folder of references.
One main thing I noticed is that her Phantom Thief costume is super similar to P5 Joker's. Her outfit matches several characteristics of Joker's costume:
- Black attire
- Red Gloves
- Same gold buttons
- Coat design has the puffed deltoid shape on arms, and three tail ends
- High heels
