Update: the new hub blog has finally been made.

If anyone’s interested, I’m moving over to @ultgamergirlhub and so are the rest of my muses, in addition to some new ones. It’s still a WIP, but hopefully, I’ll be updating it soon with rules and whatnot, along with a master list of my muses’ new blogs.

That being said, thank you all for the good memories on this blog and the others. This is Chiaki signing off.

Huh, that was actually a good question.

Octavia bit down on her thumbnail to think. It was a bit hard to say whether it was yes or no, because Chanel...still needed a bit more maturing to do before she could have any kids.

Again, not something she should say out loud.

“If you want my honest opinion,” Octavia leaned her head back, “I’m not sure. I could see you settling down, but not anytime soon. You’re still pretty young, so there’s no rush to start a family or anything like that. I know it’s a bit hypocritical for me, of all people, to say that, but it’s true. I did all that, since I never had a social life to begin with.”

She placed her hand over her stomach, “sure, I might have a bunch of followers on Photoglam, but behind the scenes, I don’t have a whole lot of friends outside of work, and followers are followers, not friends. You can ask Cody, and even he’ll tell you how quiet it is whenever I’m home.”

In all honesty, Parker wasn’t exactly planned. If anything, he sort of just…happened. Octavia and Cody only kept him, because that’s what they both wanted.

Of course, Chanel didn’t need to know that. True, they were sisters, but they were allowed to keep some things private, right? Right.

Taking a sip of her strawberry iced tea, Octavia fixed the collar of her jacket and pulled down the skirt of her dress. Clearing her throat, she quickly tried to change the topic.

“I mean, in my defense-“ she flipped her hair back, “I’ve been working at a children’s camp since I was 18, Chanel. I think it’s safe to say that I know what I’m doing. Taking care of Parker won’t be any different from that. Not to mention the past anon babies Cody and I had the chance to look out for.”

“Ah, yes. The mystery babes. Y’know, I almost forgot about them, which makes no sense considering there were three of them”

She leans forward in her seat, allowing her spine to stretch and pop, a habit she’d formed over the years thanks to her transformations.

She leans back in, letting herself melt into the seat as she closes her eyes. “Makes me glad I never got one of those anonymous babies, I’m not exactly mother material, y’know?”

She laughs softly under her breath. “To be fair, though. You and Cody were already on your way to get married and had your own house when you found out about lil squirt, and here I am, just waiting on the lease of my apartment to go out”

She rests her chin in her palm now, looking out into the forest once again.

“Do you see me getting married anytime soon, Octavia? Like, could you ever see me settling down?”

She rests her arms behind her head now, “I honestly kind of struggle to see myself settling, but then again, I’ve always been one to just go with the flowwww.”

“Of course you do,” Chanel says around a bite of a sandwich. “You’re about to pop out that kid, you may as well get a quick one in before then”

Chanel leaned back in her seat, taking in the warm air. Octavia’s covered porch was kinda neat, it kept the bugs out, she liked that. Naturally, Chanel was a bit fond of the outdoors, but she wasn’t too keen on the creatures and insects that inhabited it.

“Girl, I’ll be honest, you might’ve timed this whole pregnancy shabang perfectly. You won’t be lugging around a huge gut the entire summer, being all sweaty and miserable, and you’ll have like a month for your body to bounce back right on time for bikini season. The only thing you’ll really have to worry about is taking care of the kid” She explains with a shrug.

She looks over at Octavia now, giving her a smirk. “You smart bitch, hehe”
