Wow, I'm back on Tumblr

... only bc Twitter is possibly shutting down tonight. It's crazy to see how it's come to this since Elon Musk stepped in as the new CEO only about 2-3 weeks ago!

Last time I was faithfully on Tumblr was during my nursing school days. Now that I think about it, it was such a Filipino thing to do lol.

I don't mind starting over. In fact, I've been cringing a lot about my past anyway - because I'm nowhere near the person I used to be - to the point that I got rid of my Facebook earlier this year and have been wanting to do something with my Twitter and Instagram as well.

So... thank you, Elon Musk? I will miss all the source of inspiration that I've found and bookmarked. But honestly, Twitter has been a collection of all my highest highs to my lowest lows . It was always Twitter where I'd vent, celebrate, think, express in the moment.

But I can express myself here as well. And this time I'm grown, I'm no longer as bitter and hurt and naive and gullible. My heart and mind couldn't rest until now where I'm in the happiest and healthiest relationship I've ever been. Having the right person around me has definitely helped me learn a lot about myself and those around me, get over a bunch of things, and have me getting back on track to now focus on more important things, the most important being: how to make a house a home .

I don't have to survive anymore. I can be at ease. So cheers to a new decade, a new platform, a new mentality, a new and improved me.
