im on my time of the month which means a shitload of binging . gonna just consume liquids now lol .
water = 0 calories
slimfast drink = 1-something calories .. s:
fuck eating , id rather be skinny ..
how do you skip lunch when everyone stares at you . holy , i guess half a cup of brown rice will doo . i guess ""
but hey , im 120 now . (yay?) not really lol

my work out for today (:
so i only had a few minutes or so to actually work out at home . not having any equipment , i decided to just google / tumble some plans .
ran a flight of stairs 10 times with 8 pound boxing gloves on
p90x ab ripper
that little four minute workout thing .. haha
40 jumping jacks / 30 crunches / 20 squats / 10 push ups
100 jump ropes
another quick four minute workout
my thighs are actually sore from the squats $: i went so low when i wasn't supposed to aha . anywhooo i'm discovering more healthy food in my house !(: like the k cereal thing from kellogs , brown rice , 100 calories drink mixes etc etc .

today i had
breakfast: a cup of nesquik cereal w/o milk & a glass of cold water
snack:nothing
lunch:a cup of paste with a bit of cheese and a bottle of water
snack: three pieces of spicy korean food and about a cup and a half of pasta .. s: haha and water ( hey im still working on it )
dinner:a cup of brown rice and squash and ice cold water
i've noticed i like to take it light in the morning yet the snack before dinner i completely go through with it as if it's another meal .. s: haha i should work on it . i should snack on almonds since i heard you can benefit from them better than pasta . i'm sticking through with the water . strictly water , last night i turned down a sugary drink and i didn't feel thaaaaaat bad .. lol . anyways im working out atm . ill talk about it after . tooodles  ~

im kind of excited for this new "way" of eating :3 yet scared because at parties i might be tempted to drink a sugary drink or pig out on those little side dishes . i should make a little note on my mirror so when i wake up everyday it inspires me or something LOL . i remember having an eating disorder before but never realized it when my parents and sister mentioned it . i still dont even know what i had , but yeah . does it make me sound like a desperate ahem ahem if i say i liked my body back then when i had that disorder .. s: gaaaash whatever . ill start doing it the healthy way (:

so this is my first post $: haha
today i had
breakfast: quaker weight control oatmeal with a teaspoon of honey & water
snack: a few sips of water
lunch: about a cup and a half of herb & garlic spaghetti & water
snack: one bite of pad thai noodles & a small bowl of fish
dinner: about two cups of baked pasta with cheese .. s:
asfjl; my breakfast to me is a good starting point . tomorrow i plan on having brown rice for lunch and for dinner probably 3-4 table spoons of white rice with some sort of meat ? im cutting out sugary drinks and drinking water with everything .. ): aha anyways got to do homework now tooodles ~
