Can you please explain the significance of the Jean scenes you chose for your pinned post?

LOL I haven't obsessed over Jean in so long...oh well here goes

First row: Basically represents his initial motivation for joining the Training Corps - being tired of his sheltered and boring life, seeking something more exciting and a more luxurious life in the innermost walls

Second row: Joining the Training Corps as a cocky shitbag initially (but set the tone for his drastic character development in the future)

Third row: Reality of the Titans hitting him and starting to show his leadership skills, also Marco's death was another huge turning point in his character development

Fourth row: Joining the Survey Corps (a huge turnaround from his original motivation to join the Military Police)

Fifth row: Reality again slowly sinking in being betrayed by fellow comrades (Bertl and Reiner)

Sixth row: Hesitation initially in having to kill fellow humans, but eventually accepting this is as the reality

Seventh row: Further honing of his leadership skills

Eighth row: Timeskip commanding officer of my WHOLE HEART with leadership skills fully honed
