not to sound rude but is this book actually selling? Not in bad way just is this working

Doesn’t sound rude at all! So far 52 copies have sold. Many of them are friends and family of myself (the author) and the girl the book is dedicated to, and some others as well! I do know of some people I have met online who have purchased it as well.

Seventeen-year-old aspiring writer and musician from New York, Kathryn Helms, published a poetry collection in honor of her friend Makenna Kuhn who is battling metastatic osteosarcoma. She is donating the proceeds of the sale of the book to CURE Childhood Cancer to fund cancer cure research and financial assistance for families of children with cancer.
