I don’t think people would ever understand how big edtmblr is for us. When I feel like binging I just open tumblr and I’m like “nope, never mind” even the first thing that I do in the morning is going through tumblr like if it is a morning paper or something.

Most of the times that you feel that way is because you need electrolytes, so if you feel like passing out drink water with A LITTLE BIT of salt, that will bring electrolytes to your body and you’ll feel better.
(That works for me ALL THE TIME)

Today I had like zero motivation to go to the gym but I still dragged myself out of bed and now that I’m leaving the gym after 4 hours of working out… I’m so happy I forced myself to workout. Sometimes you are going to have to force yourself to workout but I promise you that YOU WILL NEVER REGRET IT.
