#people don't like that he's immature (playing pranks like ruining the luau soup#and skateboarding on Haley and Emily's flower beds)#and that he doesn't know how to do any sort of chores or cook because his mom always did ita#or that you need to cover for him when he drops that egg#but like#no hate to Jodi or anything#but she did come flying down the hall and immediately yelled “This is terrible!” like a broken egg was the worst thing in the world#i have no defense for the other things other than that he matures when you marry him#it's even something he talks about in the perfection scene#plus he might not do chores but he's such a good big brother and dad#and he's super sweet and kind and a cheesy romantic and a goofball#and his post-marriage events are about him re-finding his passion and I just-#i think everyone should love Sam at least a little bit
