we have 3 MONTHS until summer! so much weight can be lost in that amount of time. you don’t need to lose it all immediately (even though we all wish we could)
patience, my dear. you WILL lose the weight; just give yourself time. it doesn’t happen all at once.

March 5th.
Not really doing all the excercise I want to do. Not really starving enough. Dissappointed :(.
I have increased my Pilates classes. Instead of three days a day ( I only can go 3 days ), I'm going 5 times in 3 days. I do twice a day.
But that's not enough. I also need to go to the gym and lift weighta and do cardio!!! I can't be this lazy!!!
And I also need to eat 80% less than now!!! I have a plan!!!! And need to reach my weight goal this month!!!!!!
