Community racing at its finest? So happy with the way the Canmore Crux turned out! I have been organizing this community focused- grassroots events over the last 4 months and it felt like a great success. Solid day out there on course at IM Wisconsin. Tough conditions, but stayed focused and it paid off! 4th Overall! Excited to see where the fitness progression goes with the plan we have been working towards. November is going to be the “true peak” of fitness, so this is close to where I hoped to be!

Last few Prep Workouts before Ironman Wisconsin! This will be the 1st of 2 (possibly 3) “A” races I will get after this fall. Patience through the summer is paying off!
