Please help my Nephew

Early this week my Nephew was out jogging when he was struck by an SUV. He did not have any brain damage but he did have severe leg injuries. He is a firefighter/paramedic and a registered nurse. You know depression is bad when you’ve bought a non-refundable $200 plane ticket and scheduled 4 days in a hotel, just to wake up the day of your flight and just not go.

Wtf Salads

So I’ve been doing my best to eat healthy and lose weight. I’m still at the beginning of the process but I just don’t understand why and how restaraunts and even fast food places sell their salads at $6-$9. I go into a produce store, even Walmart sometimes, and down about $7 on grape tomatoes, a head of lettuce, two cucumbers, and some bananas. That will give me a weeks worth of salads for one meal a day. It’s not an issues 80% of the time but for family events and outings at restaraunts it would be nice to eat healthy for a decent price, rather than a hamburger that’s a few dollars less than a salad. Rant is over, but the war has just begun!
