his confessions are just stuttering messes, soft guitar strings and carefully chosen lyrics.

mark is panicking full on from the moment he decides to tell you his feelings. he has been hiding this affection for you inside his heart for so long, his members just rush him to do it. to finally ask you out.

"Uh...is it okay if i- play a song for you?"

you are chuckling, making yourself comfortable in one corner of the couch. he's on the other, tuning his guitar and clearing his throat. your eyes stay on him, while he tries his hardest to not mess it up.

as soon as he begins, you shut your eyes. boy is so afraid he doesn't even look at you, his eyes on everything else in the room except you. your heart swells at the gesture of course, like who the fuck wouldn't feel like their insides not melting at all of mark.

"I like you. I completely understand if you don't feel the same but I just wanted to tell you-", he's gonna start blabbering, talking about how he felt when he realised his feelings, how you make him feel and all that, but you press your lips against his, pausing the world under his feet.

he's on cloud fucking nine.

and you better believe he's gonna stay there as long as you're with him.

his confessions are hidden meanings, eager touches and nonsensical fights.

he's not direct about it. never. he's giving you signs here and there, and to his dismay you never realised it, making him slightly disappointed in himself and in your ability to be oblivious. the confession would just be one loud scream of frustration.

"You're actually so dumb, oh my god"

"Shut up, I'm not dumb you are"

he'd move closer to you slapping the back of your head. "You are the dumbest there is no competition here. you didn't even realise I l like you, when I've been dropping hints like an idiot".

you freeze, the eye contact you two were sharing staying. he'd get even closer, but wouldn't really do anything, what if you don't like him that way. but then, you'd come back to your senses, and take his hands in your's.

boy is a giggling mess after that.

his confessions are disappearing eyes, wild hearts and shared chapsticks.

he likes you, and it's painfully obvious even to you. but you wait, just to see how he'd ask you out. but the niche here is that he doesn't.

you two would be doing your own thing, just basking in each other's presence, when he hands you his chapstick. this is something you did very often, and considering the fact that you left your's at home, it was bound that he'd share some of his with you.

without realising it, he started watching you applying it to your lips. the chapstick melting right as it touches your lips. and then he began wondering if he'd melt just like that, when he tasted your lips.

man without a warning would grab your face softly, pulling you closer to him. his eyes stay on you for a while, asking for permission and when you nod, he pulls you into a kiss-

a kiss you two have been longing for long.

his confessions are bold gestures, heart eyes and pink cheeks.

boy doesn't even hesitate. although, he has been sending signs along your way, hinting here and there that he is infact so much that you- he finally racks up the courage to do it. even if my man pretends like he's the 'i admit to my feelings as soon' he's the 'fuck my life I'm so nervous' on the inside.

"you look cute today-"

absolutely looses it when you play into his words, flirting back with him with as much intensity. "You look cute everyday", you'd wink and walk away but uh uh, he's grabbing you by the wrist, turning you around so that you stand right infront of him.

his palms squish the sides of your cheeks, making it difficult for you to speak on purpose- so that if you do reject him, he doesn't have to hear it. "Stop flirting back, I'm gonna think you like me".

stares at your face for a split second after that, his heart rate increasing a little before letting you go- only if you show no signs of hate or disgust of course.

would be a tomato immediately after you agree, would go even brighter if you kiss him, cause boy has been wanting to do that ever since.

ever since he saw you walk into his life with a grin.

his confessions are honest words, smiles of affirmation and cherry lips.

he loves you with every fiber of his being. like it's not even funny anymore- he talks about you 24/7, 365 days with his members, the dreamies so much that they get tired of it. he doesn't plan on confessing though, cause it just happens.

like he's just so in love with your whole self, he just spills his feelings out- the same way they do it in the movies. you two would be chilling, on your couch, and he's looking at you, his heart aching from love with the way you were giggling and smiling at the screen of your phone watching stupid ass shit.

"I like you", he suddenly states. you'd lift up your head questioning your ears- you definitely didn't want to assume and embarrass yourself so, he'd repeat it again, the same way he did the first time. "I like you, like so fucking much"

you'd chuckled reaching out to kiss his cheek, but boy does he grab your face and plant his lips onto your's.

the unfamiliar cherry flavour takes over, bursting a whole village of butterflies inside your stomach.

his confessions are playful banters, cheek kisses and harmless punches.

yeah, man is confused about his feelings towards you. sometimes there is this urge inside him to kiss you to death, but then sometimes there is him who wants to choke you to death everytime you tease him along with his members.

but either way it will take him a lot to come to the conclusion that he does infact like you. when he does though, he's going out of the way to take care of you- even if you irritate him to death. confessing to you would be an easy task. he is confident in himself, so he's sure enough that you'd like him back.

"I like you, like a lot. do you wanna date?"

he'd say while you two were watching TV or something like that. you'd turn to him and slap his arm, commending him slightly about his joke but nah boy is serious. he grabs your hand, makes you look at him and repeats his words again. all the sincerity in his eyes melts your heart.

and what's there to say, yall might as well be the cutest couple on earth.

his confessions are nervous smiles, fiddling fingers and shy eyes.

isn't as lost as he seems like. would be talking to his members continuously about his feelings, taking advices and all that from them. when it actually comes to the point of saying his feelings he's shitting his pants.

would fiddle around a lot with his fingers, while trying his hardest to not look at you. figuring he was nervous to tell you something, you'd take both his hands in your's holding onto them to provide him with some comfort. yeah and boy is extra shitting his pants after you do that, but he still does appreciate your help.

takes like 20 fucking deep breathes before finally releasing all his feelings at one, without no pause.

"Ireallylikeyou.iunderstandifyoudontbutijustwantedyoutoknowthatido-"

you'd laugh at his cutest self, pulling him into a hug, and kissing the side of his cheek.

congratulations, you've just made him the happiest person alive.
