So I didn’t realize there were be a lot of ressian (Reth x Hassian) shippers out there but I’m so glad that you guys are here! Now what if I were to say I had started writing a lil fic of them?🤨 would anyone be interested in reading it? Not sure if it would be posted here or on ao3 (and its not finished just yet) but would anyone be interested in reading it? I’m still getting a feeling of how I write them but so far I am really enjoying writing them together!

Hey guys! I’ve been trying to level up my gardening and cooking skills for the quest “Your Order is Served” but I’m getting tired of it lol. Is anyone willing to help? I don’t have the spicy peppers or fruit yet so thats been the biggest set back. I just want to be able to continue the story but not having like 2 ingredients is making it hard lol. Are y’all rocking with Reth x Hassian like I am?
Hassian is cold to everyone but Reth. Reth is the only one that can pull Hassian out of his shell. Hassian hunts food for Reth to put in his dishes and Reth spoils Hassian with the food he makes. Reth making Hassian taste all the food he makes (including new recipes). Reth is the only one to get Hassian to blush. People thinking Hassian is the dominant one in the relationship because of his attitude but its actually Reth🤭 Reth being the only one to put Hassian in his place (besides mama bear of course)

I’ve recently gotten into the free game Palia and its so much fun! I’m currently torn between romancing Reth and Hassian but so far I’m only level 2 relationship with them so we will see lol
I’m on the quest “Your Order is Served” so I’m trying to get my cooking level up so it’s a bit tedious (just like the quest before it😑) but other than that its fun!

Any l4d fans also dying light fans? Got into dying light at the end of last year and it’s been on my mind for awhile. And the other day I was thinking about what special infected the characters in dl and dl2 would be. Here’s what I’ve come up with!

Full-fledged rant encompassing most of my issues w/ how the L4D community has treated Zoey and Rochelle
Under the cut bc I feel I've gone on about this so many times, but I can't get over it. This is my Roman Empire (is that how the joke works?)
I know this is gonna sound REAL gatekeep-y, but I firmly believe that ppl who don't obsess over Zoey and Rochelle should just kinda...keep their mouths shut about them
I've seen WAY too many ppl just make shit up about these two. And I'm not talking about harmless headcanons, but ppl saying shit and acting like that's how it is. And frankly it's annoying as hell
With Rochelle, it's insisting she's selfish bc of a joke ("nothing to see, no healthkit here"). Despite everything else about her saying she's not. She's called a bitch bc she sometimes teases other characters, or bc she interrupts Ellis' stories (but when Nick and Coach do it, it's either funny or you ignore it. Gee, wonder why). Ppl saying she's boring, but she's always had a dry and witty humor and an enjoyable dynamic with her peers and even Francis. And bc they don't like her and have this false perception of her. So they turn her into a punching bag, and project their hate for her onto the other survivors (Zoey being the most common, likely bc she is the only other women, and God forbid two women actually like each other)
These ppl have not paid any damn attention to Rochelle, and it shows. It really shows
And like, thankfully, Tumblr is nicer to Rochelle. Literally, the community on this app is (almost) a blessing. She finally gets some of the love she deserves. If only it was like this everywhere else
With Zoey, ppl call her useless or act like she contributes nothing. Even saw somebody say she relies on Bill for everything. Canon directly contradicts this shit. Multiple times. In the opening video, she throws a pipe bomb to thin out the horde, saves Louis' life, and even puts herself at risk to make sure everyone can get to the rooftop first. If she didn't, guess who the tank would have probably killed?? BILL. But she's useless, right? She contributes nothing and relies on Bill for everything, right??
And I'm pretty sure in the Sacrifice trailer, it's implied she fights an entire HUGE ASS horde almost, if not completely, by herself.
And even without the trailers and opening videos, we see things that give us an idea that Zoey isn't some useless pushover. Especially with her and Bill's arguments in the Sacrifice. She's the one pushing against his idea and voicing her distaste of it the most. ZOEY. Yeah Louis and Francis talk about not liking it, but they don't argue about it with Bill all that much. Zoey does
Same person who said she relies on Bill for everything said she cries like a baby when she goes down. She's a 19 year old who's slowly bleeding out and will die unless she's saved, ofc she's gonna be scared as hell. And it's not like there aren't other characters that are whiney as hell or complain all the time. Do you hear Nick? The dude complains more than anyone else. But when he complains its funny. Gee, wonder why that is
And ppl letting porn of Zoey change how they view her as a character. I'm not joking, I used to know somebody who hated her, and one of the reasons was bc of porn. Made by fans. The same fans who mischaracterize Zoey constantly
And L4D Tumblr isn't exactly perfect bc it feels like these two just get ignored a lot. Zoey more than Rochelle. I'm okay with Rochelle being the one to get more attention, though, bc it's weirdly relieving since it's usually the other way around. And it's also probably bc she's a L4D1 survivor
I'd take them getting ignored for Nick and Ellis over ppl making shit up any day, but it's still a shame, really. But you know what? I can talk about them here, knowing ppl will be less annoying about them. So that's a win
Anyway, if you couldn't tell, I am very passionate about these two. I love you Rochelle enjoyers, and I love you queer Zoey enjoyers
