Luchino Diruse, a very smart and intelligent Young Scientist that many people have adored and looked up upon, seeing the horrific mistake He has done.

You went to visit your Lover everyday, well mostly when you get the time to, You've never expected of Dating a Scientist before... It felt quite weird to admit, but Luchino... was very gentle with you..

You both would always be There for eachother, Helping out with certain errands, or maybe take the time off of work and hang-out, maybe even cuddle until you both both reached the peak of Awaiting Slumber,

“Luchino!”, you quickly latched yourself onto your Lover’s back, He was surprised at first, thinking it was someone else, but Soften His Gaze Once he had seen your Figure against Him.

“Y/N! You scared me” He flicked your forehead, not out of annoyance, Just in a joking way

“Owww! So mean!” You dramatically put your Hand on your chest, Causing Luchino to chuckle at your cute little actions

“Haha.. Yes, but out of my curiousity, what brings you here Y/N?” He puts His arms around your waist while looking at your E/C orbs, He was so immersed at your glossy eyes, it was very pretty.

You, Noticing Him looking at you, decided to bring out a small little laugh. “Hehe! It's nothing, I just wanted to see you, thats all! How was work? Did you manage to make the Solution?” You curiously reply, He once told you about His certain Solution, that could possibly be used in making certain plants grow quite faster, or maybe something else.

“Mhm... It's been going quite well! Only a few more formulas and then I could possibly be the first ever Young Human Scientist to make a perfectly good working solution!” He excitedly speeched, You laughed lightly at His burst of excitement, oh how you loved Him so much...

“Thats good to hear! But please don't rush it... Not like people are gonna be fast at this..” you teased, causing Luchino to roll His eyes playfully,

“Mhm... I promise I won't rush it~” He gave your head a little peck until He loosened His arms around your waist, as to your Dismay.

“hmm, alright” you smile to Him, Not expecting the events that's gonna happen day after day.

Time-skip

You knew of how the competition meant alot to Him, He would be recognized! the recognision He has wanted for awhile, finally will be proven to be a reality.

But it was kinda lonely, you have to admit, Luchino has been spending more and more time with His certain work of mixing together types of Elements, Solutions, you know.. His work.

You didn't want to Disturb Him, so you're just kinda left alone at your Shared-room, watching nothing but any show or series you find interesting

It's been a few hours, you've been waiting for your Lover's return, It's now 11:37pm... Nearing the next day.

Until you heard your door slam open, and There He was, your Lover with an Excited expression, Running up to you with millions of sparkles in His orbs.

“Y/N! The Formula is almost ready!” He Excitedly beams, You were happy to see Him like this, it wasn't rare-sight but it wasn't a common one either

“Ah! I'm glad” you happily reply to His burst of excitement.

“Its finally happening! I can't believe it..” He tiredly places His Face on the crook of your neck, still hugging you tightly.

“I’m happy for you” you decide to brush your Fingers against His soft hair..

“though... I wanted to apologize.” your eyes widened suddenly, was it because of Him focusing more on His work?

“Its okay, I know that you're busy, no need..” you kiss His forehead to reassure Him

“I’ll go Finish working on it Tomorrow, I wanna make up the Time we lost.” He kisses your shoulder, knowing what's gonna happen next, you Happily let Him do what He needed to do the night of His upbringing news.

That night was quite, Unexpected to say the least, but He conveyed tons of His unknown and hidden affection away, it felt, like a sense of love was brought onto you.

You Quickly took a glance of your lover, Hair Dishelved, His beautiful sleeping face, He's everything you could ever ask for, you push some hair away from His face, and tuck them behind His ear

He slowly woke up at the Contact, and Smiled at you, giving you a forehead Kiss, He went ahead and got Changed, to Test His newly-formed extract.

Though, you didn't expect what would happen next, something you feared along time ago, was now gonna be a horrific-reality.

You decided to ignore the strange yet uncomfortable Gut feeling, you decided to go and do some active activities, to maybe fight off the strange but unforgiving feeling of uncertainty.

None of it worked, you tried things like jogging, trying to watch Movies that you liked, and even Meditating, That feeling wouldn't go away...

So you Decide to go to Luchino’s office, yes you might have a chance of disrupting Him, but you just wanted to see your Lover, that's all.

But on your way there, the feeling has gotten worse and worse, what's happening...?

You took step in the stairway climbing up each stone stairway one by one, nothing but your footsteps can be heard, it wasn't helping that it has gotten dark, and most importantly, the strange feeling in your abdomen wasn't helping at all, you've reached your destination but something unusual seemed to have taken place

you saw tiny twinkling sharp pieces that can pierce through skin, and can cause quite an issue when came to contact with the Human flesh, seeing strange multicoloured liquids splattered across the shards and splattered against the dusty wooden floor.

You looked around and around, seeing small pieces of clothing, it strangely resembled Luchino’s coat, causing the panic you've been feeling rising up to an high level.

You got closer and closer to the lab room, your mind was telling you to go back, and of How you could possibly make yourself involved in something dangerous, your heart almost bouncing out of your chest, yet your body wasn't cooperating.

A bead of sweat started forming on your forehead, you took a deep breath and opened the Door, eyes widening and mouth open agape.

And there He was, your Significant other, turned into nothing but a Hideous and Scaly Human-like reptile.

He had seemed to notice your presence, and gaze upon His now weirdly textured skin.

“L-Luchino..?”

His Eyes Widened, and Immediately ran away from your sight in an instant upon Hearing your concerned and a mix of fear hidden within your voice, He was too ugly, He was too disgusting to ever be near you, He had no one but Himself to blame, for How he turned to something far more hideous than any strange living creature taking step upon this planet

“Luchino! Wait!” you ran to Him, seeing Him turn to a Corner and locking Himself In the supply area, too terrified to even be near you.

“L-Luchino please .. I'm not afraid!” you tried to reassure His isolated figure, Hiding away from your small one.

“Y/n... Please go away...” it was barely a Whisper, but it was enough for you to hear within the Thin wooden doors keeping you and your once humanised lover separated

“No I won’t.. Luchino... Please open it... I won't run away, I'll stay here until you decide to come out!” you shout at Him, He was certainly surprised, Why are you wanting to still be in a relationship to someone who is in-human?

“You’re lying.. you only feel pity for me, don't you y/n? Please just admit to it, I won't be mad at it” a obvious lie coming out of His lips, you knew He would be far too upset to handle it, it was heavily hinted that He wanted to show and explain everything to you, but was forcing Himself not to out of fear.

“I'm not! Luchino why are you suddenly acting like this!? I won't simply leave you just because you turned into something different!” You yelled, Tears coming out of your eyes, and sniffles that can be easily heard

This shot a pang of guilt against His reptile-like heart, He admits that He wanted you to still stay with Him, but what would the Public say when they have heard of this bizzare news? A reptilian and a Human together? Such a thing could never exist, and it would never work out in the first place, even if it did, He would have to be taken away from you, and you would have to face the Judgemental and harsh words alone.

“Y/n, please stop.” He would later on regret His actions, But it was one way of keeping you safe.

“i-i-i’m sob not hic s-stopping!”

“I’m staying here until you decide to fina-”

“Y/N, stop being such an Adult-Child.”

Your teary eyes widened against His words, suprised at His sudden snapping against you.

“w-what....?”

“You Heard me right, you're nothing but a Childish Un-mature adult, you absolutely mean nothing to me at all, it's only pity, isn’t it?”

“No-!”

“SHUT UP! ITS ONLY PITY? ISN'T IT? IS IT TOO HARD FOR YOU TO ADMIT? I NEVER LOVED YOU, IT WAS ONLY AN ACT, IT WAS NEVER GENUINE IN THE FIRST PLACE”

“h-how about the kind letters and words you'd tell me?! p-please L-Luchino! Stop with this nonsense! You can tell me anything that's been bothering you! I won't be angry nor upset!” you sobbed, hoping that His words were only fake, and not a reality

You tried your best to force yourself to believe that what He's saying isn't real, but it was getting harder each and each second

The Reptilian trying to hold in the pain welling up against His chest, He wanted to apologize and run up to you, but that wasn't something easy at all, He had decided to leave you without wanting to, it was His only choice after all.

“How could you possibly Love someone like me..? ARE YOU STUPID IN THE HEAD?! I ALREADY SAID I NEVER LOVED YOU! IT WAS AN ACT, GET IT INSIDE THAT STUPID THICK SKULL OF YOURS! WHY WON'T YOU LISTEN?!”

You didn't know what to say, you didn't even move an inch, your body was temporarily paralyzed, your eyes now showing a tint of pink, while your tears were falling and dripping like a waterfall.

“you're so stupid, I wish I never met you”

That was the Final straw, you decided to breakdown, releasing your stress upon your shoulders, the pain aching against your chest, it was unbearable and you couldn't hold it in anymore

Luchino aswell never meant what He said, but what Has done needed to be done, He can't turn back from the Mistake He wished He never started, He heard your retreating and rushing footsteps, He finally came out of the door, seeing the Tear-stained floor, the pain was unbearable.

He couldn't hold it back anymore, tears and tears starting falling more and more on the tainted floor, He had done what He needed to do.

He truly loved you with all His life, He never wanted this to Happen, It could've ended differently, Yet He chose to be stubborn, the overwhelming guilt was too much to handle.

He truly regretted His actions, but what else can He do? You're gone now.. He simply can't change time.

he ran to the big plant

he ducked behind it while holding onto its branches.

you chuckled at how immature he was but this is why you loved being around him in the first place!

“uh-oh...”

you laughed at your best friend who looked at the broken branches in his hands with eyes as wide as plates.

now? now you’re here... in this manor... participating in a game that makes you sleep with one eye open, a game that makes you paranoid about whether you triple locked your door and windows, a game in which you couldn’t trust anyone... not even yourself... you highly doubted that you’d ever see luca’s face again... or hear his sweet voice talking to you about his inventions, ranting about really silly topics, telling you jokes... you won’t ever feel his presence again...

“everybody! we have a new survivor!” emily announced at the dinning room.

all eyes turned to the direction of the new survivor and...

you couldn’t believe your eyes... he was standing right there...

what could he do? he was just as shocked as the rude stranger!

he had to be 101% sure that you were telling him the truth about not hurting him!

you became partners in crime eventually!

you help each other with minor lies and manipulation in order to get what y’all want

he grows to trust you and your dark side

he starts loving that side too but without letting his guard down... ever

he recognized himself as one of the best -maybe even the best- inventors ever born!

he certainly couldn’t let anyone take his place just like that!

there was this annual competition for tech and robotics that luca always participated in and this time he knew he had to think of something extrordinary, something that not a single soul has ever thought about creating!

upon arriving and taking his place in the large room, he couldn’t help but notice your presence and your invention, but most importantly you!

he was captivated- NO, he wasn’t gonna let you take his place, he wasn’t gonna go down without a fight!

once you saw him, you sweetly waved at him which caused him to blush a bit

alright, i think norton is the fun type of person

he likes to talk to people, smiles a lot despite what had happened back in the mine he was in and is a real ladies man (meaning he knows how to properly treat a ladie)

he is super sweet yet cold at times

he was a bit hard to approach because of how y’all and musculin he is, how he sometimes masked his true personality with one that made him appear cold, distant and aggressive

you started talking to him during matches, when he came to talk with your group of friends etc.

from there things just kind of escalated

you were there for him when he was going through it and he really appreciated it

it took everyone a bit of time to get him out of his shell and make him more sociable, approachable

he stuck around you because you offered him a sense of comfort

he always made you smile and laugh, that he considered -not his job- his duty his smile is SO freaking bright and suit him very much

this is one of the reason you fell HARD (i mean, me too and everybody else like-)

he can be very childish but knows when to be serious

you can sometimes hear him cheer for everyone in the lobby including himself and you

he’s never actually fell in love before and the things you made him feel kind of... scared him

one day, you didn’t notice his cheerful and bright presence... actually you didn’t even see him at all

he had locked himself in his room and refused to get out

no, but, like, why did he feel like this when he was around YOU?

what is this feeling he is unable to explain?

you thought that maybe he hadn’t woken up yet and let it go for the time being but noticing how time passed and there was no sign of the mercenary with that big and beautiful smile on his face made you worry a lot

you approached norton who only told you that he was just as worried as you

you two went to confront him

when you reached his room, you knocked three times but unfortunately you received no reply

what was going on?

“naib? are you sleeping?”

he refused to reply... how could he when you made his heart pulsate so fast and his mind go blank?

he just tightened the blanket he had wrapped around his skinny silhouette

“naib, are you in there?”

“go away!”

he finally shouted

“naib, it’s me, norton. we came here because we’re worried about you! open the door and come outside to grab food!”

“i said: leave me alone!”

did you do something to him that may have caused this behavior?

you started rolling old memories to remember whether you actually said or did something to upset him but no, there was nothing...

“did we do something? please, answer us this at least!”

“no, now go! leave!”

norton put a stop to your outburst, it would only make naib feel worse

naib’s nature is quite complicated so the best thing to do was to just give him the space he needed

you really hoped that ou didn’t mess anything up for him to feel this way

“i’ll go talk to him later, okay? don’t worry about it, you know how naib is. i’m sure he’ll come out eventually! he wouldn’t want to miss out on the cake.”

a few hours later, you noticed that norton had disappeared which made you assume that he was talking to the moody mercenary

norton and eli were in naib’s dorm

the two males could tell, from what naib told them, that he was... in love?

“WHAT?!”

he didn’t take it well... he was... scared...

he decided to come out of his room (he was extremely anxious about it), ready to do the one and only thing he knew best: avoid you

eli and norton tried to get him to talk to you but naib was set on never speaking a word about his feelings towards you... he was scared that he would hurt you one way or another

but... he loves you so much...

no, he must remain strong, build walls and the feelings will eventually fade away

but NOPE :) the more he saw you the “worse” it got

so he tried to avoid the matches in which he was paired up with you but norton and eli knew before naib could leave the Grand Hall and dragged him all the way to the lobby

well, he felt... awkward...

you tried to approach him and noticed that he was stiff and replied in a dry and cold manner and you decided to bug him no more about it

although you did feel very bad about leaving him at that and not conversing his behavior further

in the match you went to decode with him, hoping that he would talk to you about what’s on his mind but instead he... left...

he was pretty emotional about it but eventually told you

well, that was... unexpected...

he’s not a bad lover, he embraced you and your relationship a tad bit slow but he did in the end

he’s not a big PDA fan but will show affection when he thinks it’s needed

he can get a bit jealous and possessive and all you need to do is cuddle him

you guys have MANY inside jokes and can make a pretty chaotic duo once you get used to your relationship

you two are just like me and my best friend: laugh ALL the time at the most childish thing, SUPER chaotic and the dumb type of funny (hi eve, i just wanted to tell you η μάνα σου :) <3)

you two bully the hunters (depends on who it is actually)

you listen to music together, hang out together a lot and play video games together

he lets you play with his hair and style them as much as you wish as long as you let him play with yours too, ofc

YOU TWO ARE SO CUE TOGETHER I CAN’T-

he tries to bake your favorite sweets and meals but he gets to a point where he just feels as he’ll burn the kitchen so you can guess that he requires assistance, YOUR assistance when it comes to using the kitchen to make something

you two can’t sit in one place for not even a second so you take this opportunity to do a lot of crazy things

you dye each other’s hair, paint each other’s nails and do each other’s make-up

you introduce him to whatever you’re passionate about and that helped him not only open up to you more but, also, share his very own interests with the only person he’s truly close with

if you say “no”, it’s a no, he won’t even think about pushing you into something you don’t want/don’t feel comfortable with
