ok so i was on a roll for a while like i casaste d for days on end but for this past month i can’t do it anymore and i really need help loosing weight also exercising so i wanted to see if anyone wants to be like workout buddies or something idk like we could talk and support our goals and also we could talk about our mental health.

i havnt weighed myself in weeks and im scared to even do it because i’ve been kinda binging these days and i feel so shitty so tomorrow morning i’m gonna go on a run then take a shower and finally weigh myself.
