So like, I just realized.
Neither Sakura nor Sarada know the Great Fireball jutsu.
However, in order to even wear the clan’s emblem, you have to master this technique to be able to truly call yourself an Uchiha. This is canon to the manga.
Just because Sakura married into the clan doesn’t necessarily mean she has the right to wear the clan’s emblem or call herself Uchiha. Mikoto and everyone else were full-blooded Uchiha so they would have had to master the technique growing up in order to wear it, but neither Sakura nor Sarada have. In fact, its doubtful that Sakura can even perform any Fire jutsu because her elements are Water and Earth.
This is literally more proof that Sakura doesn’t know shit about the Uchiha clan, their history or their customs, and because of her (and Sasuke’s non-existence in their lives) Sarada doesn’t know anything either. You cannot call yourself a member of a clan and yet not know a damn thing about them, it just spits on their name and legacy.
It’s straight up disrespectful. But Sakura doesn’t care, and Sarada will never know any better because of this.
