Hush // Changkyun (I.M) x Female reader💕

Genre - Fluff, Angst, Highschool Au

Summary - You have never really talked to Changkyun, even though he was your brother's (Hyungwon) best friend who visited frequently. But when he noticed a group of students bullying you, he stepped in to your surprise.

You were walking home, with a small limp from just being tripped recently. The loud laughs sent a chill to your spine, realizing they were gaining on you. A group of five, three female students and two male. They knew you were very introverted and nervous even meeting welcoming and happy people, so they decided that you would be there fresh meat for torture. Constantly being pinched on the butt by the two men, and getting yelled at by the women. The teachers usually stepped in and told them to stop, but right now you were only surrounded by unfamiliar houses and fast driven cars. No one stopped to help you, or tell them to stop... No matter how much you wished.

"Only four more streets." you sighed picking up your pace, noticing a street sign that you recognized. Even though your bruised knee hated it, you sprinted down the nearest street hoping to confuse them up. But instead you ran into another body while looking behind you,

"Y/n? Are you alright?" a familiar deep voice asked, You looked up to see the dark silky locks of Changkyun. He pulled you to your feet, before gently brushing loose hairs away from your face. You could see Kyun's concerned expression, as he noticed your bruised lips, puffy red eyes, and scraped knee. You heard the laughter and calls begin to approach your direction, you were about to dash for you home when his arms stopped you from moving. Changkyun gently placed you behind him as he awaited there presence, to show them who they should never tease.

"Did you hurt her?" he questioned, clearly unamused with their target in mind. "Why? Did she tell you?" one of the girls asked with a laugh. "Doubtful. She never s-seems to be able to g-get a sentence out." a brunette girl responds, poking fun at your nervous stutter. "Mabye you could share some with her since you use your mouth so much." he retorted, surprising the group by his comment. "Don't be rude to my girlfriend." A tall buff male replied, pushing Kyun back to warn what would happen if he didn't stop. "that is the most ironic sentence I've heard, a group of idiots who are harassing an innocent girl... Telling ME to stop picking on people." He replied with a clearly unfazed smirk.

Kyun noticed the man's fingers curl tightly together creating a fist, "C'mon y/n, let's go I'll walk you home." he comments tugging at your oversized sweater. You walk along with him, gripping onto his hand to feel more secure and safe. "COME BACK HERE AND SHOW ME HOW STRONG YOU REALLY ARE! ARE YOU TO MUCH OF A WIMP?! I WILL-" The buff male continued on with his screaming rant, but it all seemed to roll off of Kyun's back easily. The walk stayed silent, but you preferred the silence to the sound of evil laughter. Your heart was going back to a normal pace, as he stroked his thumb over yours in a repeating manner. "Thankyou, Changkyun." you commented quietly.

His gaze focused on you, as a soft smile formed on his face. "Anytime y/n." he responded clamly, pushing back some of your hair. "Have you told your brother, parents, or any teachers about them?" Kyun asked with soft eyes and a concerned small pout. "No.... I-I thought they would get worse if I told anyone." You answered rubbing the back of your neck, feeling stupid for not telling anyone. "Well, if you are nervous to tell anyone alone. I can tell them with you." He suggested with a gentle grin, to make you feel more comfortable. "I'd like that." you reply, stopping infornt of your house.

You knock on the door with Kyun by your side, the door opens to reveal Hyungwon with a welcoming grin. His smile fades, noticing your injuries and tear stained cheeks. "What happened?" He asks rushing outised to cup your face and check the injuries. "Your sister... Is getting bullied." Changkyun sighs leaning agisnt the railing. "Is this true y/n?" Your older brother asks with a devastated expression. You nod gently, feeling fresh tears begin to build up in your eyes. Hyungwon rushes inside to grab some bandages, leaving you to cry into your hands. Kyun hears your very soft whimper, and pulls you into his warm embrace. You felt much calmer and more secure in his arms, you pulled him closer to you without thinking about anything. Hyungwon walked out with a small box of bandages, and felt a warm feeling in his heart. Seeing his little sister feel comfortable around someone who he considers a brother.

The hug was seperated so you could get your injuries cleaned up, but the warm fuzzy feeling in your heart never stopped. Your eyes glanced up towards Kyun, as he stood by the railing feeling out of place. As he began to step towards the staircase, "Do you want to join us for supper Kyun?" You questioned coming up with a nickname. A surprised expression was seen on both your brother and new friend, "Yeah.. Sure." He answered, still taken a back by your nickname. Once the injuries were finished, you rushed inside to order the pizzas for the three of you, "I think she likes you." Hyungwon comments, while holding the door open for his friend. Changkyun only replied with a small smile, not knowing how to respond to that comment.

You walked out of the kitchen with a shy grin on your face, "The pizza has been ordered." you replied softly, lifting your sweater paw hands in the the air excitedly. Changkyun chuckled with your brother, noticing that the warm feeling in heart hasn't left. If only you both knew that you had the same feeling in your hearts, when seeing each other.

Monsta X MTL likely to adore PDA

1. Wonho

- Wonho is confirmed to be an adorable baby, stuck in a thick athlete's body. So expect cuddles everywhere, especially hugs. I can see him being the type to pick you up in a hug and spin you, which would make you giggle.

2. Jooheon

- Jooheon just seems like he'd be such a soft boyfriend, I feel like he wouldn't mind if you gave him PDA. You would definetly be the more shy partner out of you two, just because he is so calm when it comes to any sort of affection.

3. I.M

- I know some people find Kyunnie kind of cold and intimidating, but he is actually quite soft and squishy. I can see him huge into playful kisses, like small pecks all over your face sorta thing. But can also just embrace you in a super long hug.

4. Minhyuk

- Minhyuk is nicknamed 'sunshine' for a reason. He is such a softie, and I could see him being into some PDA. I feel like he would sometimes get flustered, and not want you in the public eye too much. But he couldn't help but show you PDA occasionally.

5. Shownu

- Shownu wouldn't mind cuddling in front of the band or close friends and family, but when it comes to the full blown public. He will wrap an arm around your waist occasionally, but nothing more than that. Only because he knows that some fans will go nuts and some sasaengs will threaten you.

6. Kihyun

- I can see Kihyun being very introverted and shy, when it comes to PDA. He wouldn't mind holding your hand, but hugs and kisses would make his heart burst. He would prefer having affection kept private, for the safety for both you and him.

- I can see Hyungwon being very shy when it comes to PDA, even a hand hold would make his cheeks turn a light pink. He would cuddle you often in private though, but would not do much in public. Hyungwon would love back hugs in private, just because he's a soft giant.
