and ahaha, francisco lachowski was always the classic james potter face claim. i’m always so confused when someone else is james in fanfic, cos i remember when i first started reading it in like 2012, there was this universal acknowledgement it was francisco!
next chapter should be up within a few days- i’m crazy writing it now- and its super super long, like two chapters in one. i SO hope you enjoy it! xxx

Hey! I was wondering what inspires louis & ruddy ?? They’re so funny and mental, such good characters !! love the character development and the maturity we have seen, can’t wait for the next chapter to see what happens with louis and aspen and ruddy and jasmine!! I ship them all!! but I also dislike rose & and kind of like aspen & scorpius too?? love the drama anyway!!
HEEYY thanks so much for dropping by and you’re insanely kind words, i’m so flattered! louis & ruddy are just my attempt, ultimately, at capturing that laddish boyish behaviour of football boys at school- many of them my friends, many of them in my classes, so v similar to effy. i think the quintessential ‘lad’ type in the uk/ ‘jock’ for the use is usually overdone in fan-fic as being dicks, which wasn’t rlly the case at my school at least- again, i was in the same friendship group as them in my year- so it was really fun relaying previous school antics in FA!

In this whole mikey / effy situation, which is so interesting and great writing, whose side are you on?? Or what fo you think?? It’s such great writing because we want to be on effy’s side (and I totally am) but then you feel for mikey! But he’s just not nice anymore , pulled that quidditch stunt and team jeffy forever tbh!!
wooowww firstly thank you so much that's so kind! tbh i’m always n forever team effy because i love that stupid chick but i’m glad you emphasise with mikey- she handled the situation badly admittedly, in classic effy-first, everyone else-second way. the quidditch scene was actually something i had envisioned between the two since i wrote the first chapter... i just had no idea it would be in those circumstances, tbh! thank you so much for asking xx
