2 decades of Danny Phantom. 👻🎂🎉 WOW. Kid me would not have believed how deeply this show would speak to me or where it would take me. It inspired and influenced my animation writing career, connected me to so many wonderful people, and, most importantly, showed me how incredible it is to discover and love the best version of myself in the face of others’ opinions, uncertainty, and self-doubt. I’ve learned and grown so much as a writer and person since I founded #GoGhostAgain, and I have Danny to thank for so much of that. To quote Mr. Lancer in “My Brother’s Keeper,” my favorite episode, “They’ve got their spirit back.” 💜
I’m happy this series has continued through graphic novels, and I truly hope this show can return in more ways in the future.
