Der Felsen is a man who runs the AXIS, a group of superhumans whose goal is to change the way the world works. No more corruption, no more hiding your powers, no more heroes who only care about their image. He, unfortunately, has the most incompetent lackey. On the surface, he seems harsh, but he actually cares about the well being of his team and works harder than anyone. He has a high resistance to most attacks, is proficient in most weapons, and his metal arm can be used to control the will of others (as long as he is pointing at his subject, their will is not greater than his, and his has full concentration, his orders must be obeyed)

In costume it’s generally thought that everyone’s the same age. But in reality there’s about a 6 year gap between the oldest hero (Yao Wang) and the youngest villain (Ludwig)

Il Guillare Verde is the unfortunate lackey of Der Felsen. He says he’s only there because of his brother. He influences BAD LUCK. Is notable for being terrible at controlling his powers. Known to be lazy and short tempered, but has a heart deep down. Somewhere
