Sixteen Small Steps to Happiness
1. push yourself to get up before the rest of the world - start with 7am, then 6am, then 5:30am. go to the nearest hill with a big coat and a scarf and watch the sun rise.
2. push yourself to fall asleep earlier - start with 11pm, then 10pm, then 9pm. wake up in the morning feeling re-energized and comfortable.
3. erase processed food from your diet. start with no lollies, chips, biscuits, then erase pasta, rice, cereal, then bread. use the rule that if a child couldn’t identify what was in it, you don’t eat it.
4. get into the habit of cooking yourself a beautiful breakfast. fry tomatoes and mushrooms in real butter and garlic, fry an egg, slice up a fresh avocado and squirt way too much lemon on it. sit and eat it and do nothing else.
5. stretch. start by reaching for the sky as hard as you can, then trying to touch your toes. roll your head. stretch your fingers. stretch everything.
6. buy a 1L water bottle. start with pushing yourself to drink the whole thing in a day, then try drinking it twice.
7. buy a beautiful diary and a beautiful black pen. write down everything you do, including dinner dates, appointments, assignments, coffees, what you need to do that day. no detail is too small.
8. strip your bed of your sheets and empty your underwear draw into the washing machine. put a massive scoop of scented fabric softener in there and wash. make your bed in full.
9. organise your room. fold all your clothes (and bag what you don’t want), clean your mirror, your laptop, vacuum the floor. light a beautiful candle.
10. have a luxurious shower with your favourite music playing. wash your hair, scrub your body, brush your teeth. lather your whole body in moisturiser, get familiar with the part between your toes, your inner thighs, the back of your neck.
11. push yourself to go for a walk. take your headphones, go to the beach and walk. smile at strangers walking the other way and be surprised how many smile back. bring your dog and observe the dog’s behaviour. realise you can learn from your dog.
12. message old friends with personal jokes. reminisce. suggest a catch up soon, even if you don’t follow through. push yourself to follow through.
14. think long and hard about what interests you. crime? sex? boarding school? long-forgotten romance etiquette? find a book about it and read it. there is a book about literally everything.
15. become the person you would ideally fall in love with. let cars merge into your lane when driving. pay double for parking tickets and leave a second one in the machine. stick your tongue out at babies. compliment people on their cute clothes. challenge yourself to not ridicule anyone for a whole day. then two. then a week. walk with a straight posture. look people in the eye. ask people about their story. talk to acquaintances so they become friends.
16. lie in the sunshine. daydream about the life you would lead if failure wasn’t a thing. open your eyes. take small steps to make it happen for you.

Evernote is a great app almost including everything you can think of in your perfect writing app it has a place for notes, essay writing even doodling but I wanted to dedicate this app spesificly to media ! Everything I gather from socials but work with it by reflecting on media inspirations I have and digging deeper to find Thier meanings within my eyes and adapt them I to my life. After all inspiration is to help your achieve your goals so why not take action and reflect on your socials you follow that you claim to follow and be inspired from !

Lists lists lists lists. That's all I know how to do and write, I could be here forever just writing what I want to get done, what I need to do, what I want to buy, what I want to change, what life I want to live it goes on and on but I think without having an unhealthy addition to To Do lists I think it can be very useful to prepare for the future and plan how to go about it. I am stumbled between two apps in particular to write my to do lists but I think Microsoft OneNote will be used for notes and things and plans I have for myself in every aspect of my life. Half Brian storming and half writing my writing down things I want to remember like an online planner if you will!

Word is similar to Google docs in the way I want to utilize this app but I think this can be more creative writing and spirituality topics really anything and everything under the sun that has to do with personal growth, theories, conspiracies and Thier theories and life as we make it and want it to be. Rather on the contrary I want to use Google docs more for school essays and articles regarding serious buisness matters.

I want to use Google Docs way more. I think it's a nice general writing app to Wright essays and school related topics maybe a few creative writing pieces here and there but for the most part I want to use this as essay building and all around writing essays.

Starting a new chapter is better then trying to prefect a excerpt of time that's not currently able to edit. You can't keep perfecting somthing you haven't started! Take a deep breath and start something new.

Build your own Education
I am 20 from the US and living in Europe, I can not go to school or work until I am legally allowed to and it was a little hard not to be allowed to go to school etc. and was starting to get a little down. I got I to the habit of staying up all night and waking up super late. I never was motivated to do anything let alone make an education for myself. I thought I'd be stuck forever and became hopeless but I changed and didn't let it stop me and ruin my education and now I'm educating myself in my own "school" from my home, learning Spanish (because I'm in Spain haha) broad versions of Design and fashion Design (thanks to your discovering your videos) and reading and writing here and there. I've been out of school nearly three years and picking myself up not to feel hopeless anymore ... everyone can :)
