My Team Joel shirt was a success. Even with my new haircut and glasses, this sweetheart remembered me and called me a rockstar. Words can’t describe how incredible it feels to know that your biggest role model in the entire world knows who you are.
I don’t say any of this to brag, or to make you believe like I am somehow better than any other fan because of this. I want to share this because I want people to know how humble, kind, and genuine him and everyone in the band is. They may be Grammy winners, but they haven’t lost sight of the true reason behind why they do what they do.
So thankful for him and the band. I know that he couldn’t do anything on his own, and that without Luke, he probably wouldn’t be doing what he does.
