I think a cool thing therians should start promoting is donating to conservation centers related to their theriotype. I think it would be a really good way to feel a connection to your theirotype, knowing that you contributed to the safety and nurturing of your species.

hi therians im a wolf therian and i make music about being therian

every "therian music" playlist ive seen is the same cavetown indie 2020 cottagecore music and i got bored of it really fast, not to mention none of the songs on these playlists are ever actually about being therian. so i decided to start making therian music based on music i personally enjoy.

my names kyrie. im 14, black, nonbinary, gay & i make music under the name gothicwvlff on youtube soundcloud & bandcamp, i dont put it anywhere else. i make dark ambient/post-industrial electronic music because i feel like the darker sound of those genres matches the feeling of species dysphoria.

here are some of my fav songs ive made:

i do not put my music on spotify because spotify requires artists to use a third party distribution program, so none of my music is on spotify except for a collab i did with someone im no longer friends with :/

therian tips! (food)

so, I CRAVE raw meat a lot even though I can't eat it :( BUT I have compiled a list of foods that beings with human bodies can't eat (or just prefer not to), but that most animals eat that I could translate to human foods :D

worms = gummy worms :3 if you want them to be slimy like real worms, you could put water or a thin layer of oil on them

little insects = raisins or chia seed pudding (thank you to @puddin-dear 😌)

bigger insects = you could prob eat plain chips, I think it would have the same crunch affect. or chippers! (chocolate covered potato chips)

carrion (dead animal flesh) = jerky

raw meat = meat sticks (I believe you can get them in beef or turkey) or raw pepperoni (you can get it small bags). suggested by @avocados019, salami :3, and commented by @horse-wisteria 😅 prosciutto (which I honestly forgot was a thing 😭) and multiple beings have said salmon and I keep forgetting about salmon 😭

mice = marshmallow mice (credits to @ink-man-sam )

kibble = cereal (I think most of you know that though) or for something softer- gnocchi! (Suggested by

treats = Scooby snacks!

Snacks:

Go-gurt (if you freeze them, they're really good!)

nut bars, such as Nutri grain or Kind (good protein/energy + tasty)

Chex mix

assorted nuts/trail mix

smoothies!

since I'm making a school for alterhumans,

who would want to be a teacher? no need to be awakened for a super long time, since this is just a fun thing, but we would be happy to have some teachers with more experience in alterhumanity. we will teach quadrobics, nature guides, art & crafts, shifting, kintype studies, vocalization, therian journaling, gear making, and creative writing based off of your theriotypes! (I will be teaching this along with a few other classes.) some classes will have multiple teachers, and there will be a space for teachers to suggest lessons to other teachers! it will be a good way for all the classes to kinda be linked.

there is no commitment to be a teacher! and we will host more in-depth studies in the summer, so that everyone will have a chance to do it! some of these might include terminology (suggested by another alterhuman), more in-depth kind studies, alterhuman history, and more to come!

hi all! i made my own “alterhuman ID” template, free to use for anyone :D the box in the right-side corner is to add the symbol of your identity (therian, alterhuman, otherkin, otherhearted, etc)

make sure you dont put any information that could put you in danger! this is just for fun and you dont need to put your actual information if u dont want to! making things up is totally okay.

also make sure to have the images full-screen if you are saving them, as it will give you the best resolution.

fun fact, the reason otherkin are called “otherkin” is because originally there were online communities, waaayy back in the 90′s, of people who identified as elves. when people emerged who identified as other things the elfkin called them “otherkin” bc they weren’t elves

you dont have to be palatable to others (cough cough normies) to be valid as an alterhuman or nonhuman or whatever term you prefer

heck, my kintype is a murderer who got trapped in a mechanical rabbit suit but that doesnt make me invalid. i didnt choose this, it formed due to stuff going on around me i cant help

even if your kintype gives you intrusive thoughts or impulses that seem immoral to others, you cannot help feeling those instincts and urges.

listen up, 2024 is our year of going feral and being less palatable to puritans and sanitisers.
