A ""finished"" drawing is better than no drawing litterally do whatever you want, go as far as you want scribble a mess make a mess it's okay if it didn't turn out the way you want. It never has to be perfect. Give it as much or as little life as you want to give it and at the end give it a little kiss on the forehead or a kick out the front door do whatever you want just draw oh my gosh just draw.
