I keep jumping from fandom to fandom lately. Now it's Judgment.

And I have some thoughts about Masaharu Kaito.

The entire fandom portrays him as this beefy big guy. But the funny thing is he's not!

Obviously Kaito is a naturally tall man, looking bigger and stronger than your average characters.

And almost all the characters (in these games) who participate in any battle have some meat on them.

But his shoulders are almost disproportionate to his broad face and the expectations that people might have for this character archetype.

I'm not saying Kaito is weak or ineffective. He's one of my favorite characters.

But he's definitely not a big beefy guy by series standards.

He relies too much on his superior size and toughness. Takes hits instead of trying to dodge because normal average enemies can't usually hurt him. So when something unexpected happens or the enemy has a weapon he can't tank off - he's immediately screwed.

His fighting style is powerful but unpolished. He often simply throws himself at the enemy using only his size. Not even force.

I mean crap this guy has so much potential but he's horribly untrained! And he got used to not worrying about it.

I hope if the story continues he will understand that he cannot be “just a guy”. After being hospitalized... how many times? Four?

This blog has become complete chaos anyway. So why not post it here.

I made some graphics for RPG maker at different times. But I've never had the patience to use it in my own game. Most of it is not finished and needs to be edited to tile size. You can use this in any of your projects. Commercial or not. I don't need this, I think.

Just a strange thought)

I was raised in a period when there was a lot of sects and pseudo religious groups in my country. So when I first read Legend of Luke and found out that Martin lost his memories I was somehow convinced that it was Germaine doing. Like… she’s an Abbess! A religious leader! She should be some hard planning manipulator. With this fixation on new abbey when there’s still a war to end. I remembered the words that Abbess and Bella wanted peace while Amber and the leader of otters (I forgot how he was called in English) wanted war. So Germaine needed one more important figure under her influence to get things her way)

Ahaha) Little me was such a conspiracy theorists >w<

But even now I still can’t shake off this impression that Germaine did something. Maybe at least grey. Maybe she did something because Martin didn’t actually wanted to survive, because of his memories. Guilt and stuff >o<

I don’t know if I’m paranoid or it’s a decent idea for fanfiction)

Martin with woodlanders: the "quiet kid" of the group. Compliments everyone's skills. Just glad to be here.

Martin when there's something resembling vermins on the horizon: Let the world burn!

The funny thing is that from my childhood I remembered Martin the Warrior as this self-isolated stoic hero. Quiet and calm. Mostly. But he is actually as unstable as Tsarmina. Ready to yell and wreak havoc at any sign of danger. Why didn't I remember this? When I re-read books I was like why are you doing this you are only making it worse!!! 80% of the time.>w< But it's more fun this way.

OK. This is not TMNT fanart. It's Redwall. >w<

Martin and Tsarmina have always been my favorite hero x villain duo in Redwall. Although they don't have much drama and events between them, their stories actually have quite a lot in common. Like two parallel lines going in the same direction. Both are leaders with some legacy before them. Both are trying to live up to their fathers' legacy. Or at least how they see it. Both have a slavery theme. Former slave and enslaver. Both are dealing with some loss that they caused. Intentionally or not. They are both almost equally monstrous. With this whole "red glitter of total war shining hot in his eyes, his teeth bared in a wild laugh" thing)) And they both come to the last point completely alone by their own decision. And both would've die there. The main difference is that Tsarmina left everyone behind so as not to risk herself. And Martin left everyone behind so as not to risk them. So there was someone left to save him. There is some beauty in their similarity. It's as if the hero is fighting more than just some villain. It’s as if he is fighting his own crooked reflection. Brings his own ending. Just like Tsarmina herself walked into the lake.

I printed Leo in dyed resin. I went with a slightly lighter color this time. He is such a graceful princess after Raph >w< I'm not sure this is the aesthetic I was going for. But in the end I like it. And again I'm shooting a video in the dark of night.

Hi! Your tmnt dolls are really cool!!! Sorry if this is a weird question but can I ask how the thigh joints in your dolls work? They look really nice I haven’t seen a bjd with smooth joints like that!

The thigh joints doesn't have much functionality. It's to compensate for some limitations caused by platron. Allows to raise leg a little higher and not spread it too wide. Just a little movement for a more natural sitting position.

Whining post)

Have another photo from earlier today. >w< Seriously, why is it so dark? During the daytime? On the balcony?

Short: Yes, I plan to make them for sale. But I can't say when. I don't know myself.

Long:

I've been thinking about this question for some time. And I think yes. I should sell these guys in the future. But this will not be a quick process. I have to find out and try a lot of things.

I thought about selling 3D files, but I abandoned this idea. I just don't want to do this. I understand that this may be more convenient for people around the world. But I'm not ready to let this project run free without my supervision.

I just spent too much time and materials on this. Mainly due to my inexperience. But still...

So the plan is to make the dolls myself. I think.

I've been in the BJD hobby for a long time. But I left it a few years ago because it no longer felt right.

So I've lost track of what doll prices are nowdays. Especially 3D printed ones. And the varnish I used before doesn’t seem to be around anymore. All my paints are already dry. I don't have many tools that I used to have anymore.

I also need to find a resin that is good for printing articulated dolls. The one I'm testing now is pretty good for my taste. A few scratches are visible only because I dyed resin a very dark green. It looks similar for dark skintone dolls as I remember.

But if you know and can advise something, I will be very glad.

Overall I need more test prints. More materials. More tools. More time to work on my rusty skills. Before I am confident enough in my product. In short: more money >w< Ahaha stupid adult life.

I'm currently working on vtuber model commissions. Drawing and Rigging.

And I think I'm in the burnout stage. I'm so done with it! I just don't want to wake up in the morning to do this... I hope no one from my other pages reads this hahaha...

So I sincerely dream of jumping into something else from drawing.

But not today) I still need the funds to put it into my other projects before I can even begin to imagine if any of it can make a difference.
