Hey I’m sorry I’m answering this so late, my advice would be to check on reselling apps like depop/vinted and eBay, watching gyaru clothing hauls can also help find some places and brands, I mostly get clothes from SHEIN even tho I know it’s not all that great but it’s cheap 💕
