How funny it would be if we get multiple seasons of Shadowhunters and Malec get together and spend time together and talk and Alec stays over at Magnus' place and ... stuff ... and they fight demons together and are allaround awesome ... but they never get to go on their date? Stuff just always happens and just being together is not a real date. It becomes an inside joke with the group 'oh no, Alec and Magnus are planning a date for next friday, we should prepare for the end of the world or at least zombies!!'

... I loved 1x10 but ... Clary and Jace left behind a mess? Now when Alec tries to get to know Magnus and asks Clary about how she knows him she won't have any idea what he is talking about, Jace will just remember seeing a creature and them sneaking away ... they don't know about magic and demons, the logical answer would be drugs

I’m just so happy that Shadowhunters got renewed for a second season! There is a huge need for more of all of these characters in my life.

looking at the way fandoms react as a whole today makes me wonder how much buffy would have broken the internet if twitter and tumblr had been around back then ... I don't remember anything beeing that extreme back then? or maybe I was just too young

- Lydia is kinda awesome! (before Clary got them into difficulties I think her and Alec might have become good friends? They certainly both understand that the rules do exist for a reason [even if they are not always right])

- looove that the girls in Idris want to meet Alec! - really sorry for what happened to Lydias marriage T.T ... but her and Alec actually got married, platonic marriage for power and convenience, they would become an awesome power to be reconned with - whaaaat - I really dislike that their parents didn't tell Alec and Izzy about the circle - Magnus is quite magical <3 <3 oh Alec - is Luke still with the police or is he just fulltime werewolf leader? - Izzy and Magnus talking Alec over a corpse is hilarious - love Luke talking about the difficulty of turning and him and Clary having a family moment! - the music in the background when Alec and Magnus talk sounds kind of like very rapid unsteady heartbeat, love both of them - I absolutely looooove that this marriage is Alecs idea ... but I don't think it's what Magnus meant but it's actually kind of a good idea? maybe if both of you agree on an open relationship? ... - poor Simon - if we needed more proof that Izzy is more than nice and pretty I think we got it here <3

After 1x07 can I have a whole episode of Luke, Clary, Jace and Magnus interaction? Please? I enjoyed the seconds of it so much!

Jace hasn't watched enough action movies, he really should. How about a regular evening at Magnus place educating shadowhunters in mundane movies, all of the cast are invited?

Once a month Clary and Izzy take a whole afternoon off and spend the time talking. About growing up and what they want from life, the differences between mundane and shadowhunter existence. They talk about the things Clary misses, things Izzy would like to experience, but also about everything good about being a shadowhunter.

It makes the danger less scary to remember the good.

Seeing the pics of 1x10 makes me so giddy, I love alternate universe/ traveling universes episodes!

The demonic part of a warlocks dna is literally magic, keeping the human parts together. Usually the warlock will faint long before spending the Magic that keeps them whole, but using a small secondary spell they have control over it all.

It's the most powerfull magic any Warlock could ever use. As the Magic is spent the parts that are human are burning up because of the energy set free and when the last bit of magic is gone only ash remains.

Magnus would burn himself up for Alec should the need ever arise - he knows the spell.

[ tv universe headcanon ]

Alec in his early twenties looks hot, slightly awkward and still a bit unsure about himself but hot. Alec in his fourties is just devestating. Selfconfident, manly, capable and pulling everyones attention to him when he enters a room. Alec in his sixties is pure controlled power - not the power of youth but of knowledge and control of his people. And so very handsome, it hurts to look at him. The grey in his hair only makes him look better.

Magnus loves every Alec.

(Because that actor will probably look even better with age)
