I haven’t been feeling like myself lately. So, while I’m sitting in my self misery, I decided to tell y’all how imporant you all are. Even if you don’t beleive it.
You’re imporant. You’re cared for. You’re loved. You’re amazing. You’re awesome. You’re lucky to have a life worth fighting for. Don’t give up just yet. Keep on fighting. There’s always a light at the end of the tunnel and there’s always going to be more than one tunnel. Which sucks, but you have to keep going. It’s tough but you’ll be able to do it.
You’ve survived this long, you can survive for longer! I beleive in you and so do your friends. It’s okay to feel sad every once in a while. It’s called emotions and we all have them. Even if they are the worst sometimes. Still, it’s okay experience negative emotions. Letting them out is what is going to help.
Self care is imporant. It’s going to be tough to do at first, but you can do it. It takes sometime getting used to it, but that’s alright. Just take your time. Take a break whenever you need to. Have some alone time. Take a moment for yourself and relax. Even if you’re super busy, there’s still time to do it. Take deep breaths. Enjoy the little things. You’ve got this. I believe in you.
And I love you. You’re going to be okay. I know it’s tough right now and you want to give up, but don’t. You’ll make it through this. 💖
