In MAG 160 Jonah says through Jon that he hopes Jon will "keep an eye on" Martin after the change, aside from being a wonderful pun, it makes me wonder if he didn't expect Martin to be powerful enough to travel through domains of his own accord.
He comments that he knows Jon would be reading it alone, so it's fair to assume if he though Jon and Martin would be together at the time he knew Martin would at least be somewhere else for the execution of the ritual.
And Martin's clearly susceptible to the domains-MAG 170 proves that. If Martin hadn't got back from his walk in time would he have been sent into one?
Yes Jon would've found him, freed him, but he would've had to watch Martin suffering until he could manage it. He struggled enough having to watch Martin's nightmares, what would seeing Martin truly tortured have done to him?
But equally, would that have been the fairest thing to do? The ability to wander the domains is often more a curse than a blessing. To have to survey that level of suffering, ignore the agony that so many innocents face in every domain. Is it better to suffer yourself, or to be free of pain but forced to ignore the pain of others? Martin has a great deal of care and empathy, if given the choice would Jon force him to endure all that they did?
Martin is Jon's reason. His reason to carry on, to fight for himself, but if Martin wasn't in a position to choose, would Jon afford himself that kindness at the possible expense of Martin? Yes if he did nothing he'd be in pain for a while, but he wouldn't die, he'd be safe eventually.
The question is, could he put his reason on the line for the sake of his venture? And if he didn't have Martin would he even have been able to get up off the cabin floor in the first place?

I honestly think Stardew has the wildest character customization function I’ve seen in a while. Most games give you a closet, or a hairdresser, right? That makes sense! Why wouldn’t your appearance change in a beauty salon? But in Stardew, you enter a mysterious tower inhabited by a wizard and just… walk out with a new haircut and possibly a new name. And nobody even questions it. Gotta love Stardew Valley.

What's this? Me assigning Percy Jackson characters Fear Entitys from a podcast I haven't finished bc I have the worlds worst attention span? Yeah.
Most of these should be pretty self explanatory
Percy - Lonely, Kinda self explanatory??? It's bc of the sea vibes. Was originally Vast but this fits better
Annabeth - Beholding. This just felt like the best fit for her??? I don't have a real reason except smart girl.
Jason - Vast. Sky. That's all
Piper - Web. This was the closest I could get to her charmspeak so??
Nico - End. Again, self explanatory. Possibly Dark too
Hazel - Buried. Could also have been End but this is closer to her
Leo - Desolation. I don't think I have to explain why.
Frank - Idk but probably Slaughter. I mean his dad is the god of war so it makes sense in a way??? Maybe the Hunt could fit???
Rachel - Also Beholding. Oracle, that's it
Luke - Stranger. The only real reason I have for this is because he was technically possessed by Kronos
Castor & Pollux - Spiral. I mean Dionysus is the god of insanity and the Spiral represents the fear your mind is lying to you so it fits
I cant really think of anyone for The Corruption.

TMA entities (+ extinction)'s sex appeal ranked lowest to highest
This is a list based on the entity's themselves, NOT the avatars, this is not how I personally would rank them, but how I think they would place if it was voted. (Only a little biased)
The Lonely - the freezing feeling of fog and loneliness kills the sexy vibes. Being left deserted in a waste land, stuck only with yourself with little recollection of who or what you are.
The Extinction - this one is only ranked a little higher than the lonely is because the vibes are just sexier, that's it.
The Eye - the eye feels like it would be very sexy in theory, but in practice, not so much. It would know you inside and out. Also the eye loves gay people <3<3
The Corruption - You would never be alone, constantly feeling how much the things around and in you absolutely adore you. They are the blood in your veins, they are the beating of your heart. They would become you and you would become them
The Stranger - this definelty appeals to monsterfuckers. I don't have much else to say
The Slaughter - I definelty think the aggression and how passionate it can be would be pretty appealing. They are more interested in the catch than the chase.
The Web - The feeling of a complete loss of control, letting yourself be guided by the hand of others, being wrapped up in its web, leaving you weak and bound, only there to serve it. You are its most prized possesion
The Spiral - the spiral frees one from human fears, but yet solidifies so many. It is the beginning of the end and the end of the beginning
The Vast - the feeling of falling, so freeing, so loving, asphyxiation and the feeling of rushing air as you plummet to the never ending sky
The Flesh - The ability to shape themselves to anyone's greatest desires, regardless of how physics feels about it. The flesh definelty appeals to monsterfuckers
The Hunt - the Hunt is a whole ass kink with its predator pray thing it's got going on. Fight me
The Dark - the dark being the only thing to see, and the only rhing that sees you. Anything can be there, loving and caring for its keep. Also have you SEEN the simps for it??
The End - the never ending feeling of you being its. Its eternal embrace being the only thing you know, and all you need to know. Also, tentacles.
The Buried - The overwhelming love for its victims, how it will smother them just to keep them there with it. Hold you within its loving embracing, and leaving only you and its love between you.
The Desolation - the burning passion of the desolation, how it will fight to get what it wants and will not settle for less. It is the warmth of your home and the burning of your veins. It will burn through itself and others just to get want it wants.
