Personal Goals, Fitbler, healthy living, motivation, sports, yummy snack/meal ideas, workouts, etc. Lean muscle and hard work, not thin and starving. I beleive in hard work and detication, i'm highly against entionaly starving yourself, I do not support thinspo, or negative blogging. I think everybody should love and cherish their bodies. If getting in the gym makes you feel sexy and beautiful, thats what you should do. If going for a run makes you feel acomplished and beautiful, thats what you should do. If relaxing in your pj's all day with a pint of ben & jerys, makes you feel beautiful, THATS WHAT YOU SHOULD DO!! JUST DO IT!! Step one find a mirror and find 2 new things you love about your body a day, Step 2 do what makes you feel good. Step 3 think about all the negitive shit keeping you from your goals, and burn it! <3
