Most recent configuration of MIAMI VINE in the lobby of the Village of Palmetto bay Municipal Building (Florida). The second image is appropriate since this artwork was conceived during my artist residency at the Deering Estate in Miami, Fl. The Strangler Figs and mangrove forests had a strong influence as you can see.

Most recent mural in front of a PUBLIX supermarket at a Regency Centers retail mall. Hialeah, Fl 2017. This project took 16 days of sun and some rain, lots of amusing and interesting bystanders and as always, a couple of curious adventures. Next? (via https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=EdVdpclnS5I)

New mural at Garden Squares (Regency Centers project) in Hialeah, Miami. Inspired by the work of the American Regionalism (with apologies). 60′ x 6′ in five panels. Behr primer/paint completed in 16 days.
Wall faces south and the sun, this time of the year, makes it very difficult to take better images (based on my humble skills/equipment).

A year in the making… :
At #SCAD we know that interconnectedness is one of life’s great gifts. Our global family – one university with four locations on three continents, plus eLearning – abounds with creative virtues and advantages. We see the rewards of this learning community in the work of our students and alumni… SCAD #bees like Gerry Stecca (M.F.A., painting, 2015), who teach us about art as a connective tissue, a structure to espouse shared experiences.

I design, draw and assist over a hundred volunteers to complete these type of community projects. They are a nice break from the sculptural work.
