Someone informed me that Harrison route didn't have the golden butterfly. I forgot. Thank you for correcting me!
Ellis Romantic Ending Spoilers+ New Character Speculation...
Usually cybird gives hints about the new male leads in the route prior to actually announcing them. They did it in Ikegen with Yoichi's route and I also believe they did the same for Ikepri (IDK which route). So in Ikevil, I had expectations to find some hints or references...and I found out that.....
Her Majesty who is covering her face with a veil and hiding her face from society and privy council. Who gives orders to the Crown to go on missions, might be my blind male lead. Because Golden butterfly is only mentioned in Will, Liam and Harry's route. When I saw Jude mentioning how her Majesty doesn't actually talk nor shows her face feels sus. Remember how we all used to think that the Queen might actually be dead at the beginning of the game. That theory is coming back now. Maybe the Queen is being controlled by someone. It might not be Victor...maybe a new male lead with his abilities is using the Queen's body as a puppet to control the Crown.

Several days ago I read your post about a blind ml, AND I LOVED IT? plus it made so much sense
But it also got me thinking about what Liam and Harrison's designated rivals would be like? I'd love Harry's to be a member of the police or a detective with a Sherlock Holmes-like intellect! For Liam I would like a "businessman", similar to a lawyer or something like that? Someone who is not easily swayed by his emotions and has "feet firmly on the ground".
I said that I won't be answering any asks, but fuck it. This is my favorite game and favorite topic.
Here's what I thought about the 3 new male leads:
The blind male lead. Although I do love the idea of having an evil completely blind male lead, I don't think Cybird would really go that route. Maybe he will be half-blind. Like one eye would be of different colour, because we don't have an eyepatch guy or a guy with heterochromia in this game yet. Or maybe they will go ahead and not follow their usual Cybird trope and not introduce an eyepatch guy or a guy with heterochromia at all just like how we all thought William would be the black-haired male lead. Still it would be really cool to have a blind male lead. I want to believe this blind male lead to be the guy who brought back the Golden Butterfly that William once destroyed, because we still don't know who actually brought back Golden Butterfly, so this is a curious case. What if the blind male lead is actually Colin? William's childhood friend? Did he actually die? What if he's back to do something? When I see Colin and William's interaction, it reminded me of Gilbert and Chevalier's interaction, where Gilberts says "It's not the people who are evil, but its the circumstances that makes them evil." or something like that. This is my theory btw. Now I don't know which fairy tail villain the blind male lead is gonna be, but I'm really looking forward to it. Maybe he will be the one to make William not smile. William is always cool about everything and always smiles, so it would be cool to see a character like Colin who brings out the vulnerable side of William.
The next one, I think it has to be someone from the Privy Council. Now Privy Council hates the existence of the Crown and cursed people, right? So I thought, it will be interesting to see a male lead from the Privy Council, who also hates the Crown and wants to destroy it. But he's also secretly a cursed one. But he hates being a cursed one because that would make him be closer to the Crown members. This male lead believes in justice and does not believe in the Crown's motto of 'conquering evil with evil'. He thinks that the Crown members assassinating the criminals is still evil. He's a guy who lives by his morals. If I have to give a back story for this one...let's assume that his hatred for the Crown was because they took something from him that is precious. What if this male lead's father or mother were some kind of criminals working for Golden Butterfly and the Crown was ordered to kill the parents of this male lead. Seeing his parents being killed brutally at the hands of the Crown, made him angry and led him to having a thirst for revenge. That would also probably be the time when his abilities starts to activate. Victor might have offered him to join the Crown but he refused and joined the Privy Council instead to bring down the Crown. But he's keeping his identity as the cursed one as a secret. For bringing down the Crown, he joins hands with the blind male lead secretly, while also planning on the side to destroy Golden Butterfly as a whole. All for world peace. That's my storyline for this male lead. A male lead who believes in justice and doesn't want to breach his principles.
The 3rd one, could be someone related to Victor? or Jude? I don't know, I have no idea on this one. Or wait, it could be Ellis...because in Jude and Ellis's past records, there is line where Ellis says "Long time ago, I used to say something like that to XXX." WHo is this XXX? We don't know...maybe he has a brother. We'll just have to find out from his route.
Another thing, Roger is said to have the hunter's curse, right? So there is a hint that he's going to betray. What if he's secretly in an alliance with the blind male lead. I don't know man, I want the blind male lead to be the Gilbert of this game. I'm desperate. It's gonna look so cool! Make him the most evil guy possible!!

Ellis: "For our first mission as the Crown members?"
Victor: "That's right!! Ellis, you're such a genius. 100 points!!!"
Jude: "Whether or not I accept depends on the nature of the assignment."
Jude: "Even if her Majesty, the Queen ordered me to do so, I won't accept an assignment that would be detrimental to me."
Jude: "I won't kill people unconditionally on someone else's orders unless the conditions are acceptable."
Victor: "Hahaha. I'm well aware that you're that type of person."
Victor: "You can wait and see if you're up for the task."
Victor: "What about Ellis? Any conditions?"
Ellis: "I'm not that picky when it comes to work, so any assignment is fine for me."
Ellis: "I just wish that, when I kill someone they are at their happiest moment of life. But I think that's not really possible on a mission."
Ellis: "My only condition is that....I at least want to make sure they don't suffer?"
Victor: "I see. It may be that Jude is a no-show but Ellis is okay in some cases."
Victor: "Although, I'm sure you'll both agree to this one."
Jude and Ellis: "......?"
Victor: "Wasn't there an ex-convict you were dealing with off-duty, who was trying to make a deal for some drugs?"
Victor: "Apparently, his friends have been released and is planning to re-offend....I want you to lure them and wipe them out."
Ellis: "That person's friends.....are still around."
Jude: ".....About 'wiping them off'."
Victor: "The method you use doesn't matter as long as you prevent them from re-offending."
Jude: "............."
Victor: "Are we good?"
Jude: "Sure, I'll do it."
Ellis: "I'm fine with it too."
Victor: "Great! Well then-----"
Victor: "Loyalty to your evil tonight."
A single purple plume of smoke rises in a corner of the London Port.
Ellis: "Jude, you should quit smoking. Roger said that too."
Jude: "Smoking for me is convenient. Kids should learn to shut up."
Ellis: "You said you smoke to go out with your business partners because many of them smoke. But there is no one here."
Jude: "I never said I wouldn't smoke when no one's around."
Ellis: "Jude's 'happiest moment' will never come true if you don't live long...."
Suddenly Ellis stopped talking.
Immediately after that, several men with murderous glare and bloodshot eyes surrounded the two in the darkness.
Jude: "Why should I live long for you?"
Unconcerned that they were surrounded, Jude did not draw his weapon, but instead let out another puff of purple smoke.
Ellis: "But Jude hates breaking promises, right?"
Ellis, still smiling, slowly pulled two knives out of the leg sheath.
The moonlight reflects dully on the knife.
Tonight the moon is shining brightly in the clear night sky.
Ellis: "The moon is beautiful again tonight."
Jude: "Man, I feel like shit."
Ellis: "I'm not sure how to dispose of them, after all. Should we kill them?"
Jude: "Just restrain them as painfully as possible but keep them alive."
Ellis: "Okay."
Man with the bloodshot eyes: "Is that you? The ones who caught my brother with the drugs and killed him on the spot?"
Man with the bloodshot eyes: "How dare called us to come to the port at 11 pm?"
Man with the bloodshot eyes: "Don't think you'll make it home alive!"
The men rushed in, starting with the respective leaders who jump out.
Ellis: "Sorry. But my job is to lure you out and wipe you guys."
Ellis: "You guys are the ones who aren't going home alive."
Ellis: "Ah, but don't worry. I won't kill you right now."
Ellis: "Even though, it would probably be happier to die here....right?"
The fight was over in a matter of seconds.
Ellis: "I guess it's everyone?"
Jude: "The lists says 13. The number of trash rolling around is 2..4..6...13."
Ellis: "Looks like we got them."
Man with the bloodshot eyes: "Haa...haa....w-what...what are you...planning to do with...Arrgh?"
Jude sits down on the man's back and crushed his muddled voice.
Jude: "You're a blustering piece of trash."
Jude: "But, it's natural to concerned about what's going to happen next since you're deprived of your physical freedom now."
Jude: "So I'm making you useful and asking you to cooperate me with my research experiments."
Man with the bloodshot eyes: "E-Experiments...?"
Jude: "You might lose an eye or two or get get demented, but don't worry, you won't lose your life."
Jude: "Isn't that hell of a lot better than getting drugged and killed by god knows who, like you did to your victims?"
Man with the bloodshot eyes: "Nn...Please...Please..let me go...!"
Ellis: ".....I feel sorry for you."
Ellis: "I need to help Jude...for him to be happy, so I can't help you guys. I'm sorry."
Jude's hand touched the man's forehead and the man loses his consciousness.
Ellis: "Jude, did I at least get little closer to your happiness?"
Ellis: "Come to think of it...this was our first mission together."
Jude: "...So?"
Ellis: "But it doesn't seem any different than what we normally do."

Victor: "I'm guessing you took them to participate in some kind of interesting experiment, right?"
Jude: "....!"
Ellis: "How did you know?"
Victor: "Let that be a secret for now. However, you don't have to lie in your report. I was the one who handed them to you, anyways."
Victor: "As long as you stay true to your evil, that's all I care about."
Jude: "....Just how much do you know?"
Victor: "I only know what's on the surface. You were on heading there on foot but a carriage left the scene."
Victor: "There is another facility in a place that you frequent, apart from the Crown castle and your workplace or business partner."
Jude: "......Do you actually have spies hiding every corner of Britain, you pervert?"
Jude: "Why is that, of all the Crown members, you're the one who's most mysterious?"
Victor: "Hahaha. Of course not. I'm just an ordinary man."
Ellis: "Ordinary?"
Victor: "I mean a man who will do whatever it takes to protect your freedom."
Victor: "....But I can't see into your hearts. So I hope you will continue to tell me things about you."

-----FLASHBACK------
I guess, it happened 4 years ago.
On the night I drifted into London town, he was looking up at the moon as I was passing the bridge looking for a place to stay.
I looked at his vacant profile and thought he was going to fall straight into the river after he finished his cigarette.
So I asked...
Ellis: "Are you happy?"
Jude: "Huh?...What if I am?"
Ellis: "I will make your happiness....last forever."
Jude: "Hah? What the hell are you saying? Are you crazy?"
I was used to people thinking I was joking.
But that person, gave me a serious answer.
Jude: "..'Make your happiness last forever', huh? The happiest moment of my life......was probably when I went to the moon."
Ellis: "The moon?"
It was so out of the blue, but his voice sounded very serious.
Going to the moon, huh?
Long time ago, I used to say something like that to XXX.
When I thought about it, the words naturally came from my mouth.
Ellis: ".....I want to go there too."
Jude: ".....You're really crazy, aren't you?"
Even though I said it in a serious tone or I thought it was a serious tone, that man nevertheless poked my forehead.
The next second, I lost consciousness. When I woke up again, I was still on the bridge.
The moon had dropped so far that it looked like it was going to hide behind the buildings.
And that person was there too.
Ellis: "How many cigarettes is that?"
Jude: "I don't know. How many hours did you sleep?"
It seems that this man did not fall into the river after finishing his cigarette.
Thank god, is what I wanted to say.
Ellis: "Do you also have strange powers like me? I can do this....see?"
Jude: "Huh!? Tch!! Hey! What the hell!!?"
It didn't look like he was pleased with me demonstrating my abilities though.

Jude: "Of course not. I feel like shit for being forced to play best friends."

Alphonse: "It's not like they're having a business meeting in the middle of the night, so what are they doing here?"
Harrison: "Suppose they have some kind of dealing with this prisoner you were talking about earlier, depending on who it is..."
Liam: "Can be one of the Crown's targets....maybe."
Liam: "I'm not sure, but...."
Alphonse: "Shhh...it looks like someone is already inside the warehouse."

When Jude and Ellis stepped proudly into the warehouse, the people inside were suddenly agitated.

Wilson: "I'm Thomas Wilson, the head of the Wilson Trading Company."

A few minutes later, after apologising and begging for his life, Wilson's face clearly marked with shoe prints.
Ellis: "Mr. Dennis is now a slave to Jude too because he violated his contract."
Dennis: "Nn...I-I-If you...let me go from....Wilson, I will follow you for the rest of my life...."
Ellis: "Ah, is that tears of joy?"
Jude: "Disgusting."
Jude: "So...when are you guys coming out?"
Alphonse: "Oh, did you notice us already?"
Liam: "Sooo, the person lying there has a grudge against Jude."
Liam: "You mean he was trying to trick this guy into making a dangerous deal here at the warehouse?"
Ellis: "Yep. Jude's got lot of grudges here and there. So this is an everyday thing."
Harrison: "Then, you turn down tonight's mission and acting suspiciously at night was because...."
Jude: "We're going to be busy with our mission from now, so I just took care of these troublesome guys first."
Ellis: "The man that Mr. Wilson was trying to make a deal with to frame Jude....."
Ellis: "They're former nobles who drugged and imprisoned the people they kidnapped..."
Ellis: "I think he was trying to re-offend once he got the drugs from Mr. Wilson."
Alphonse: "That's so evil, isn't it?"
Jude: "I'll do whatever the Crown duty I have to do once I'm done with these criminal scums I've been fishing for."
Jude: "They'd easily come back to this place. That time I'll show those little shits what hell is like."
Harrison: "Do you have any personal grudge against him.....?"
Ellis: "Nope. I think he simply doesn't like him."
Jude: "If this is a Crown mission, it's okay to torture these guys, right?"
Jude: "A hobby to torment corrupt aristocrats but you get paid for it. Sounds like a satisfying job."
Liam: "Wow.....that's nasty."
Alphonse: "I feel like Mr. Jude is born to be a member of the Crown."
Harrison: "......Oddly enough, that's the conclusion of our report."
Ellis: "What report?"
Harrison: "Nevermind."
-----After that, the report was completed by Harrison and was successfully submitted to Victor.
Jude: "I had a hunch, something was going on.....but it still sounds stupid."
Victor: "Looks like it's a success!!"
Harrison: "There is....still one thing that is a mystery."
William: "What is it?"
Harrison: "Why is Ellis hanging out with Jude?"
Harrison: "He doesn't seem like he's being blackmailed...."
Jude: "Hey."
Liam: "Indeed, I don't even think they're on the same page."
Ellis: ".....That's because of the promise."

At Liam's suggestion, I decided to try both Jude and Ellis.
Liam: "In the end, your worry is that they might betray the Crown and sell our information somewhere else, right?"
Liam: "Then I thought, why not just leave the important documents there and see what happens?"
Harrison: "And where did you leave what?"
Liam: "A list of targets. I purposely dropped in the corridor next to Jude's room."
Harrison: "That's too obvious."
Liam: "What's the point if they don't notice it, right?"
While they were chatting, Jude enters the dining room.
Liam: "Ah, good morning Jude!"
Glancing at Liam, who greeted warmly with a gorgeous smile that charmed everyone, Jude tossed a paper in front of Liam.
Liam: "Hm? ...Ahh...I was looking for this. Thank you."
Jude: "These are confidential, isn't it?"
Liam: "Yes yes...I was so worried about losing it that I was crying to Harry, asking him what to do. If Victor found out that I had lost it, he would have been furious."
Jude: "Have you ever thought about 'trying to look for it' before crying?"
Liam: "Hahaha, you're right. Still, thanks for finding it for me."
Jude: "......You know, if I exposed this to the outside world, it would have ended both you and the Crown, right?"
Liam: "....!"
Jude: "Because you cannot trust people who can't keep a secret."

Without waiting for a reply, Ellis rifled through the shelves and deftly produced Grasshopper was presented to Harrison.
Harrison: "Did you work as a bartender or something....? It's so good."
Ellis: "I'm glad you liked it."
Harrison: ".....Liam is working so hard all the time, it wouldn't be fair if I didn't get dirty too."
Ellis: "Hm? Did you say something?"
Harrison: "No. Nothing...you're pretty handy."
Ellis: "You think?"
Harrison: "And you're kind to everyone since the very beginning. That's the truth for everyone."
Harrison: "So...I'm a little suspicious of you."
Ellis: ".....?"
Harrison took out a gun from his pocket and placed it on the table.
Harrison: "I've been following you and Jude for the last few days and if I said I wanted to play a game with you, would you mind?"
Ellis: "Game?"
Harrison: "Yeah. The rules are simple."
Harrison: "I didn't put a single bullet in this."
Harrison: "If you take my word for it and pull the trigger 6 times on your own head, you win."
Ellis: "6 times, to the head?"
Harrison: "If you have nothing against us, you can do it right?"
Ellis: ".....Okay, I understand."
Ellis quickly picked up the gun and with no hesitation nimbly pulled the trigger more than 6 times,
Harrison: "Ngh..."
Ellis: "Looks like I win?"
Harrison: "....Ah..Y-Yeah.."
Ellis: "So, one less thing for you to worry about?"
Harrison: "......Pfft."
Harrison: "You didn't hesitate at all."
Ellis: "Of course. I know that Harrison is kind."
Ellis: "You don't use live ammunition to test people."
Ellis: ".....Right?"
Harrison: "....So you're saying I wasn't able to completely fool you?"
Ellis: "Hmmm.....maybe."
Harrison: "Let me just say, just because you pulled the trigger without hesitation doesn't prove you have nothing to hide."
Ellis: "So, did I make you worry more?"
Harrison: "....Nope."
Harrison: "I'm not so cynical as to continue to doubt someone who trusts me so much."
Ellis: "....Thank god. Well then, would you like to have another drink?"
Harrison: "Sure, if you're making one."
The green cocktail glasses collided, making a light sound.
And just like that, few days later...
William: "Is the investigation going well?"
Harrison: "Well, things are going well. We've come to most of our conclusions."
Harrison: "I've finished my proofreading work and about to start on with my report."
William: "Oh. Then I guess you wouldn't be needing this info."
Harrison: "What info?"
William: "I asked Jude and Ellis if they are ready for their first mission, but they rejected saying they had work commitments tonight."
William: "What do you think?"
Elbert: "If it's in the middle of the night....all their business clients would be sleeping. What are they going to do?"
Alphonse: "Aha! Now that's suspicious."
Alphonse: "Honestly I don't care if they are good or bad, but this sounds like fun. So I'll follow them to see what they are up to."
Harrison: "Are you serious right now....?"
Liam: "Actually Harry..."
Harrison: "Mm?"
Liam: "When I was trying to work out their plans, something was odd."
Liam: "I went to the port in the middle of the night....and it seemed like some kind of investigation was going on around the warehouse that Jude was renting."
Roger: "Could be an inspection?"
Liam: "But then there's this rumor....that there a bad guy who's recently been released from prison going in and out of there."
Alphonse: "I think I heard that story somewhere before....I forgot where."
Harrison: "....Okay okay."
Harrison: "I guess, this will be the final round of investigation."
