I once read an article about near death experiences and i read about people meeting God and having a conversation with Him, and ever since i read that article i couldnt stop thinking about what i would ask Him if i could ask one question. I have thought about things in science nobody can explain, or just general questions lots of people have about God or why there is so much pain in the world, lifequestions and so forth. But ive never really known, untill now.

If i could ask God one thing, it would be about His views on homosexuality. If its wrong or not, and why. Because if it is, how can He see it as wrong? It is just love and people being happy with eachother, and the bible clearly states that God is love himself, love is almost the main theme of the bible. And if it isnt (which i most dearly hope so), how come so many religious people view some bible verses as supporting homophobia? Is it wrongly translated and copied over the years? Or does it just mean something completely different? Or is it that just the writers of the bible are wrong and God doesnt agree on what they have written? But why would he let them write it then?

I hope one day i can understand this, because it causes so much trouble for the lgtbq+ community, some religious people spread hate towards the gays and a lot also dont really accept gays or gay relationships, what causes so much pain for people of the lgtbq+ community. And if you are gay and religious, like me, it causes so much doubt and mixed emotions, not knowing what to believe anymore and angst. I really hope i sort this out soon.
