1. It probably isn’t healthy. I think about shifting daily, and make an attempt at least every other night.
2. I absolutely love to daydream about my DR. I think it’s just because I’m obsessed with it though.
3. Anti-shifters definitely trigger my fears, so I don’t like communicating with them based off of that.
4. Well, that’s just a call-out but yes, I do feel very unimportant in this current reality, and do admittedly give myself very important roles in almost every other reality.
5. No, I like to think about shifting but I do also try to do it just as much as I think about it.
6. My DR self is extremely different compared to me. My therapist and I have actually spoken about this (with me just using the excuse that my DR self is an OC) and she described it as me projecting what I want my best self to be.
7. No, I just tend to overthink everything.
8. The idea that there’s a feeling when you actually shift, or that it gets really loud. The falling symptom I’ve heard is fairly common, but I find it terrifying personally.
9. Unloveable is a bit extreme but I also know I’m not usually anyone’s first pick. My DR self always is.
10. Yes, that’s what holds me back. Fear of the unknown.
11. My current expectation is that I’ll be gone by May 13, 2024. This will be my fourth year anniversary since I discovered shifting, and 4 heavily correlates with all of my DRs. I told myself right from the get-go that the 4 year anniversary was the absolute latest it would take.
12. I procrastinate a lot more than I should because I think “oh I can just manifest that I did it” and then panic and freak out.
13. Yes, I absolutely do daydream about that. But lately it’s made me feel very anxious, like I’m actually there. In contrast to that, thinking about such events in this current reality doesn’t give me quite that feeling anymore; at least not as much, anyways.
14. I think I focus too much on the idea of shifting, rather than living in the moment and enjoying it. Part of that is because I use it as escapism, and part of that is because I just care more for my DRs than I do my CR.

When Frecklewish followed Mapleshade and her kittens out of that camp, I like to think it wasn't on orders. She just followed, quietly.
If you asked her why, she wouldn't be able to tell you. She was burning with fury, and the cold didn't douse it. The rain washed the blood off her claws, but not the itch in her quicks. She hated Mapleshade. She hated the kits. She hated what they did to her.
The fierce warrior would make sure they leave-- by force, if necessary.
Yet, when little Petalkit tripped and scraped herself, Frecklewish's heart luched. She had to prevent her body from springing out.
She let go of the tension in her muscles and her chest, and continued stalking them through the undergrowth. All the way to the riverbank.
When Mapleshade ushered the kits into the swollen river, Frecklewish didn't stop them. Just watched. RiverClan kits can swim, they were doing just fine, even with the current being so strong. ThunderClan kittens would have been swept away by now.
If they float they're RiverClan. If they sink they're ThunderClan. She's assured in her feelings-- until the rumble of the upcoming wave floods her thoughts.
Those kits were swept away in the blink of an eye, under the froth and debris, screams drowning under the roar of the river and the rain. If she knew about the patrol on the other side of the river, she HAD to have chased them.
But why bother? If she didn't care at all? And more importantly, why didn't she stay?
I think when the "halfclan mistakes" were washed off the stones, she heard the children she raised crying for help. The phrase "love is stronger than hate" downplays its sharp agony; reality is colder than malice. All her "justifications" shattered like ice, for that brief, painful moment.
She didn't stay because she couldn't. Her heart knew the only thing that they were going to pull out of the water was corpses... but as long as she didn't see it, her brain could believe that there was a chance they survived.
She loved those kits and told herself she hated them. Lied to herself that this was okay, that it was going to turn out all right. Saw them marching right into their watery graves, and convinced herself she wasn't part of the procession.

There was this thing I was regretting not buying. And I laid down earlier, was focusing on manifesting.
I wasn’t even actively trying to manifest this thing, and I got it. Literally showed up today. I have no purchase history of this thing, but it has my name on it and was the EXACT thing I wanted.
Coincidence? I think not.

notice how when you imagine these things, there’s no difference in the way you view them in your mind’s eye.
who’s to say that what you’re thinking of when you visualize your realities isn’t just a memory from your dr?
i mean, they feel the same as memories, therefore they are memories
the only thing that differentiates the two are your assumption about where each thought comes from.
my diagnosis: change your mindset. assume you are in your dr. your “visualizations” are actually just memories.
the thing that determines literally everything about your reality is what you believe.

I think it's fun to script that your s/o has a crazy intense vivid dream about you the night before they meet you. Like one of those dreams where you have an amazing life with this dream person and you wake up feeling like you're still in that life, but you're not and you lay in bed mourning that life for a bit. But then they see you later in the day and realize that they can make that life real, and they feel compelled to talk to you, a bit in love with you already.

Here’s a step by step guide that actually helped someone get super close and helped me get in!!!
First
What is the void state?
The void state is the deepest type of meditation
It is the state of pure consciousness where your body is asleep but the righty side of your brain is awake
Why we need to keep the right side of our brain awake?
Because the right side of our brain is more “creative”
We have two sides of our brain
They’re called “Hemispheres”
Left hemisphere(left side of brain)
Is for your every day activities you use more of during certain classes at school
This sides more logical
Meaning it knows things like
“1+1=2” “You eat cereal with a spoon spaghetti with a fork”
When you stay still for 15-20 minutes not only is your body asleep but your left hemisphere is also asleep
How to enter the void state
To enter the void state one must simply
Be
In the void state anything is possible
You can revise death, heal someone from something, gain magical powers
Become famous be a billionaire marry your celebrity crush wake up next to your SP
Be the coolest person in the world
Have pink hair etc
Nothing is impossible
If you lost someone you could literally manifest in the void they’re still alive and healthy
Here are the steps to entering the void:
1. Get comfortable I don’t care if you lay down or sit up just be in a position where you feel comfy
2. Put on an instrumental to your favorite song if it’s relaxing enough it can even be a rap song
Just no lyrics
Make sure it’s upbeat enough to make you happy and keep you awake
Or a slow pop instrumental I don’t care if it’s Billie Eilish etc
Any song instrumental that gets you in your mood
3. Whilst listening to your instrumental, I want you to start daydreaming
Visualize your dream life
Picture that everything is perfect the way you want it
The 3D can be altered that’s why it’s an illusion
In this very moment that you’re lying down the only thing that’s important is your mind
Allow your thoughts to pass they don’t even matter
Shift those thoughts into your daydream
Fantasize about your dream life
Feel happy feel good
4. While daydreaming about your desires
I want you to picture your desired self as vividly as you can picture them staring into your eyes
Breathing with you
The breathing method I want you to try during this is
The “444” method
Breathe in on 4
Like this
As you’re breathing in through your nose count to 4 in your head or out loud
Then hold it
Release on the count of 8
So hold it then release on 8
Do I this until you feel super relaxed
Now imagine your desired self
Counting to a hundred with you
With each breath in you both count together
What you’re doing here is you are becoming in sync with your desired self
As she/he/they( your desired self) stares into your eyes
Let them count with you picture them just staring at you with a comfy smile and counting with you
Until you reach maybe 100 or 200 whatever you choose
5. After counting
Still imagine your desired self
Imagine they’re telling “you always wake up in the void”
Repeat after them start saying
“I always wake up in the void “
Create affirmations for them to say
And just repeat after them but using first place like they’ll say “You are pure consciousness” so you say “I am pure consciousness”
Become in synch with your desired self as if your souls are one because truthfully this desired version of you is already you
You’re just forming a deeper connection with them in this very moment
6. Start saying together “I am in the void”
7. that’s it
If you’re not in by now
I need you to focus on talking to your desired self today become in synchronized with them
This will help you feel a stronger connection with your desires instead of putting them on a pedestal
Subliminals to use
For Alpha waves
What is Alpha waves?
Alpha waves are a mindfulness meditation exercise that helps relief stress and many other things
The alpha state of mind is a relaxed state of consciousness while awake when the brain produces alpha waves instead of beta waves. Alpha waves can help reduce stress increase productivity, and boost creativity. Some techniques that may help you enter the alpha state include:

1. When you sit down to watch tv for awhile

The frequency of alpha should be at 8 to 13 HZ

ISOCHRONIC TONES
Isochronic tones are tones that basically forces your brain waves to move in synch with the frequency you’re listening to
Isochronic tones is what I like to call “Synchronized tones “
You can use binaural beats but these and isochronic tones are the not the same
The differences are
Binaural beats are separate frequencies functioning together
While isochronic tones are frequencies of a singular wave
You could use either one
“What if you can’t visualize?”
No worries!
If you are unable to visualize like I was I want you to practice this method instead
The non visualization method:
Requires no daydreaming no visualization
How to enter void with a clear mental image
1. As stated before get into a comfortable position
2. Put on either subliminal or instrumental
3. Close your eyes and instead of visualizing
I want you to lay completely still
In about 15 minutes or when you feel it’s been awhile
Start moving your eyes rapidly
Not too fast
You know when you’re fake sleeping and your mom tries to see if you’re actually asleep
Like that move your eyes
Not like you WANT to wake up but more like as in you are dreaming
This will trick you into thinking you’re in the “R.E.M” state
The REM state also known as “Rapid eye movement”
This occurs when your brain waves and your mind are becoming consciously aware
You’ll feel like waking up because you’re in the process of waking up
But you’re still asleep
This where you dream
Or if you have Aphantasia(the inability to visualize) whether your dream or not
Many people with aphantasia still dream they’re just low in sensory
Anyways during REM sleep
You’re basically half awake half asleep
The duration is about 90 minutes
To trick yourself into thinking you’re in the REM state
After awhile of laying still and tricking your body into thinking you’re asleep
Move your eyes rapidly
You’ll start seeing little lights or colors that’s behind your eyelids
These are called “phosphenes”
Focus on these colors behind your eyes
Until you feel you’ve are in a self induced trance
You might end up in the hypnagogic state
Hypnagogia are phoshenes which is where you’re between awaking consciousness and sleep
You’ll hallucinate different patterns shapes smells etc
This is just extra information
The main key here is if you can’t visualize
Trick your body into thinking you’re the REM state by moving your eyes
And focusing on the lights shapes sparkles or colors you see behind your eyes
4. When you feel like your mind is blank/fuzzy at this point
Start affirming or counting or both while still focusing on the colors
This helps you take the focus off of your surroundings and your body
Because at this point you’ll be feeling symptoms
If you don’t it doesn’t mean you’re not doing it right
You don’t need symptoms
They’re your bodies reaction to falling asleep
That floating feeling
Is also part of your body falling asleep
You ever had dream you were falling and you wake up thinking you were falling?
The void requires no symptoms
So if you get some don’t get excited
It just means your body is full asleep
It only takes 15 minutes to fall asleep
The Gateway Experience
First and foremost it’s important to know not to use too many different brain wave audios choose a few you resonate with the most

You don't need toxic positivity to manifest or to shift
The language in this mostly addresses manifestation but it is applicable to both LOA and shifting.
I have been getting a lot of questions that generally boil down to "it really hurts right now, what do I do"
I think in some ways a lot of people have internalized this belief that they have to feel good and happy and motivated 100% of the time if they want it to work.
Couldn't be more wrong.
So many people respond to genuine questions with "well just don't 🤪". I know that's not how they mean it and I don't blame them one bit but as someone who has been mentally ill I know how it makes you think and I know that's how most people feel when they hear it.
It's ok to feel like shit. No you don't need to feel happy to manifest. You don't have to feel like you just won the lottery every five seconds of your day to manifest winning it.
You are not cursed to never manifest just because you have strong emotional reactions to things.
It's ok to hurt. Take a deep breath and remind yourself that while your feelings are absolutely valid and deserve the space to be felt they are not the authority on your reality.
Our brains naturally want to make sense of what we're feeling but it often leads us to thinking the way we're feeling is evidence of what will happen next.
"I feel awful and I don't like how often I'm feeling it" often leads us into thinking "nothing is ever going to work for me", but it's important to ground ourselves and realize that feeling like shit is not divine undeniable proof that it isn't going to work.
Feeling like shit just means you feel like shit, nothing more.
Sometimes we feel awful so we self sabotage and then say "see I was right", when really we're just a self fulfilling prophecy.
You don't want to be right, you want the comfort of having your emotions validated and seen.
Holding space for yourself to feel things and feel them deeply is important to our spiritual physical and mental health. However, saying that assigning meaning to it isn't good for you.
Keep fucking going. It's ok to affirm even though you feel like shit. Feeling like shit is not "evidence" that it's "not going to work".
Self discipline is knowing to regulate yourself and validate your emotions without affirming the opposite of what you want.
Self discipline is not beating yourself up and restricting yourself heavily. It is checking yourself when needed.

Soren carrying Ezran up to bed when he falls asleep somewhere else, Callum braiding Rayla’s hair when she’s had a bad day (even when she’s too shy to ask), Rayla tearing up when Ezran is finally taller than her and she has to look up to talk to him, Callum tucking Ezran into bed and waiting for him to fall asleep sometimes rubbing his back or arms if he’s stressed out, Soren and Rayla eventually tearfully opening up to each other about all the abusive behaviors and screwed up things that happened in their upbringing and bonding over mutual understanding, Callum and Rayla comforting each other when they wake up screaming and crying from nightmares, Callum constantly drawing Rayla and his breath catching in his throat in awe a little when he sees her in a dress for the first time, making little flower crowns for Ezran and him wearing them just because, Ezran stealing jelly tarts from the kitchen and Soren going along with him just for the fun of it, Rayla and Soren brutally roasting each other and flipping each other off while Opeli stares gasping in shock at this “improper behavior” but everyone else around is trying to hide their laughter, Rayla sleeping curled against Callum’s chest some nights, Callum and Rayla doing the stupidest harmless best friend shit for no reason and Opeli just rolling her eyes, Callum telling Ezran about the memories he has of their mother, having little picnics in the gardens outside the palace on some warm days, Callum wiping his thumbs lovingly over Rayla’s markings, Ezran crawling into their bed after he has a bad nightmare and promptly falling asleep cuddled in between them, Rayla and Soren sparring together routinely, Callum and Rayla running their fingers through each others hair and sometimes running their fingers through Ezran’s curls, Rayla and Ezran teasing Callum about something “inappropriate” and watch him get bright red and start sputtering which sends them off into peels of laughter at his awkwardness, Rayla doing the girlfriend pout (not that she would even need to do this, lets be so real right now 😅) and Callum giving her the last bite of his food, Callum and Ezran just randomly crying together sometimes over their father passing, Rayla telling Ezran stories about the Silver-grove trying not to let her voice crack but Ezran noticing anyway, giving Soren random hugs when he feels lonely or misses Claudia, Callum closing his eyes and turning away sometimes as Ezran gets older and pretending for a moment that his dad is still there, Ezran sitting behind a pillar in the ballroom and watching Callum and Rayla slow-dance and pretending for a minute he’s watching his mom and dad, sitting around the fire enjoying each others company, Callum and Rayla immediately knowing when something is wrong with the other person and learning communication together, Soren giving Ezran unsolicited first kiss/first date advice, Soren light-heartedly teasing Callum about his disastrous first kiss, Callum taking Ezran’s crown off on hard days and kissing the top of his head where it rests, everybody laughing uncontrollably about something that is not funny at all in the middle of horrendous stress and sleep-deprivation and that only makes it more funny. Shooting looks to kill anyone who’s crossed lines and hurt one of them. That fierce protective streak they all carry for each other. Holding each other while they sob not caring about the tears falling all over them. Sending each other pointed glances and smirks from across tables full of fancy dignitaries. Finding pretty flowers and giving them to each other just because.
 Impulsive hugs. Forehead kisses. Draping blankets over each other. Curling up on each others laps. Leaning heads on each others shoulders. Late night whispers. Tearing up with joy at milestones..
Everybody reaching for each others hands in tough moments and gently squeezing as reminders of their presences, and sometimes just doing for no reason other than closeness and security and comfort and to just, hold each others hands.
I love you’s. Lots of them. Heartfelt and sincere and emotional and naturally and full of unconditional love. After bad days, after good days, after heavy conversations, after fun times, just random I love you’s so nobody forgets how loved they are despite all they’ve lost.

I had the same mindset and I'm telling this will make your journey way longer then it should be. OK some people might have a hard time understand easily but once it click,it should be instant for you to start manifest. You know EVERYTHING literally every single thing,but it's either you doubt you're applying it wrong or you just get over confident that you'll manifest it because they have to manifest it later,YOU do know know that time doesn't exist right and then start procrastinating some even left their jobs and then cry💀bro what even were you thinking darling gurly. Manifesting is very simple guys you just have to persist once you do that,see how the 3D conform to you on it's own,sometimes even the thought that manifestation is easy makes it hard for us to believe that we can manifest something so easily,I also used to think that it can't be that easy but here i am shifting realities becauseIT IS. 3d IS waiting for YOU to,NOT YOU waiting for 3d😞.
Just think about it once again you could've spend your last few weeks or days,affirming, persisting,being,doing SATS consistently and just maybe TODAY you would've been enjoying your trip in Europe,getting proposed by your SP,shifting to Hogwarts,meeting you celeb SP,buying all your favorite things you have saved in Pinterest😮‍💨,but instead you're here laying on your bed,reading this shit ass post you wouldn't be reading if you had manifest your dream life. It's cool if you view shifting and LOA as separate things this post doesn't necessarily rely on you believing they're connected, just as long as you remember anything I say in this post specifically is applicable to both.
I feel like we overcomplicate the fuck out of both manifesting and shifting.
We get a little caught up in the terms that we forget how simple it is.
You decide that it is true and it has worked, ignore anything outside of yourself that tells you otherwise, and know that it is true because you fucking said it was.
That's it, you decide, know it to be true and ignore anything but that decision.
You decide you have your manifestation and ignore anything but that decision. You decide you've shifted and ignore anything but that decision. That it IT stop overcomplicating it.
You don't have to know everything you don't have to have a perfect mindset you don't have to do shit.
I feel like many people when entering the community for the first time come in identifying with the idea that they're doing something wrong and they need to change.
This mindset is reinforced over and over again. Constantly chasing the next method that is going to "make you shift for sure this time"
I don't care if you learned about it yesterday you are capable and you need to stop undermining yourself.
You're done learning. You don't need to know everything, you don't need to pick apart your brain, you don't need to "discover your blockages"
I remember before I knew anything I thought I had to discover everything that could possibly "hold me back" and destroy it.
If you go looking for limiting beliefs you will find them. You don't need to find old beliefs to create new ones.
Nothing is holding you back. Nothing.
You do not need to rip your own heart out trying to find every painful insecurity you have.
There is nothing to overcome.
In the shifting community and to a lesser extent manifestation community (specifically on tiktok Tumblr is much better about this but I still see it from time to time) has this constant need to chase the next "savior".
"It's the final push! No it's the void! Nooo its this super amazing method that will change your life!!" And then the method is wake back to bed + visualization repackaged and rebranded again.
None of these things are bad, it's the trend based mindset that concerns me. The idea that you have to go out and search for the solution, that something outside of you has to happen for you to get what you want.
No magical discovery is coming to save you, believe in the power of yourself. Your success is not going to come from somebody else
We unintentionally treat it as some kind of treasure hunt. Stop chasing the next new thing. The answers are not something you will find outside of you, the change comes from WITHIN
There is no search, there is no secret key to a secret door, there is NO invisible barrier keeping you from your goals, and there is no queen of England.

everyone keeps saying "just know it is yours" how do you just KNOW, like you know its not there sooo isnt that just being delusional?

one thing about the law of assumption, manifesting all of that, is that you’re always doing it. - you’re always persisting in some sort of belief, you’re always assuming things before they even happen. it’s never delusional when you sit there and think "oh no what if he doesn’t like me" "oh no what if it doesn’t work out" "ugh he hates me" "oh he’s probably going to find someone else" and then two weeks later, he cheats and leaves. but when someone wants to now sit there and think "ykw im going to be a billionaire one day" and everyone around them is like "oh you’re crazy"
you’re right anon, it can feel a little delusional just telling yourself that "for certain this thing will happen, big or small" but a lot of people were delusional and crazy until shit manifested and everyone goes "omg how do they do that ??"
i used to watch a lot of celebrity interviews, and so many of them swear by manifestation, by believing that you can do something, by scripting, by affirming etc etc. - a good example is Marilyn Monroe. - she was overlooked so she manifested beauty, and now to this day we still speak of her as a symbol of beauty.
people have so much faith in it not working in their favour but can’t turn that faith into it working for them. - read success stories. and you’ll notice how beautiful the law is and how simple it really is.
honestly when you start applying the law, it starts to make so much more sense than when you’re reading it. like even for me, when i approached it i was like "ykw imma just try what these people say and see what happens" and it works. there’s so much content for you to learn from, i made a post literally yesterday to navigate the process of trusting your imagination over your physical circumstances, you don’t have to walk far to find an answer to a question if my response isn’t adequate yk? and then just apply and watch what happens in your life.
law of assumption has a lot to do with faith. in yourself, in the universe whatever it is. and the way you build faith is by applying it practices.
if not faith, definitely hope. i don’t think there’s anything wrong with fully hoping for better, for the best case scenario yk?
