can we talk about how nesta’s forgotten drinking buddies definitely think rhysand and feyre are like. super classist. because they’ve watched the inner circle go to Rita’s and get absolutely fucked up for centuries but as soon as the high lord’s sister in law spends some time at a poor people bar she mysteriously disappears without a trace and her apartment building is torn down. there’s no way they don’t talk about it to this day.

Aside from this being one of the kindest and most touching compliments anyone has ever given me (😭😭😭), the timing of you saying this is uncanny because it's something I'd been seriously considering recently. Writing this fic has brought me so much joy and now I spend my days waiting until I can start writing again.

For a long time I wanted to make a collage with the lovely Lady of the Autumn Court. I find her story incredibly sad, a sweet but strong character, one who probably feels like a prisoner in her own home, unable to see her favorite son.

Thinking about how much better cassian and eris’s conversation at the end of acosf would’ve been if it was nesta instead of cassian’s dumb ass.Cassian literally had to have it spelled out for him that eris is wearing a mask and might actually be a good male and even then he still missed the mark completely and called him a coward.I think nesta would’ve been a lot more understanding especially when she realized her and eris might not be so different after all.It could have been a defining moment to show nesta’s growth and the whole scene just would’ve been a lot more captivating if it was nesta involved 🤷.

This goes hand in hand with how I’ll literally never get over SJM fumbling so hard when it came to nesta and eris and I’m not just talking in the romantic sense.I’m talking nesta playing courtier with eris and being the only who can deal with him because he only seems to like her.Nesta seeing past eris’s cunning mask and cruelty and him seeing past her tough exterior and harsh words.Them slowly developing a silent sort of understanding of each other and eventually becoming allies.Maybe sharing a kiss here and there because they’re both hot and single and they want to.Their relationship genuinely had so much potential and their chemistry was off the charts.I’ll forever be in mourning.

I get that ACOTAR is about faeries and their boring vanilla sex lives finding soulmates but the fact that Eris is on season 3 of Game of Thrones while Feyre is living her best 19 Kids and Counting life is just insulting. Why are we in the POV of characters who don't do anything except throw parties and gossip when the whole Autumn Court is right there!?!
