Not fully finished but done enough for a con!! Still lacking a proper jawset and Dark Shadow but those will hopefully be added by my next outing with him :’) Fun fact, Tokoyami’s head has roughly 150 individually hand shaped and layed feathers! Feathering alone took about six hours excluding breaks.
