Progress I suppose
Dear daydreamsofroses-blog,
Hey babes, I know not a lot of you are following my timeline, and I'm quite splotchy with how much I post. I just wanted to say that I have officially gone from 215 lbs to around 182-185 lbs (I've fluctuated between those numbers over the past few weeks). It's taken about 3 months, but I am shooting for 165 lbs by Hanukkah. I've been overeating recently and I can't tell if it's stress. But I've been doing so good. I'm proud of being 30 lbs lighter. I'm shooting for another 20 lbs. I can do this.
I'm going to be taking down my carb intake a lot. No bread unless it's super good. Only rice cakes. Protein. Fruits. Vegetables. The occasional carmel m & m.

Rules for next month when buying groceries...
Rule number 1: Not buying unhealthy foods in stock/big portions (so I can't binge at home; something I did too often the last few days)
Foods I CAN storage at home are:
1. Things with very low calories (in case I "binge") like:
Vegetables (cucumber, lettuce, tomatoes)
low fat quark
Diet coke and energy drinks
2. Things I can't eat immediately (cause they need to be prepared first) like noodles
Rule number 2: When buying foods with several portions (like one package of noodles with 500g) I'll only buy ONE and I can't buy anything else until I finished this.
Rule number 3: For foods with several portions, I have to distribute them well and each portion shouldn't have more than about 300cals (maybe 400 if this meal is the only thing I'd eat that day)
