I’m finally getting around to watching Librarians dvds and am astonished at all the cut scenes. So many of these were like 5-10 seconds tops and would have made other things make so much more sense!!!

I was in my early 20’s when I read The Lightning Thief and fell in love with the whole series. I didn’t like reading growing up. When it became required for school I just couldn’t enjoy it at all. Being forced to read and take a quiz to earn a certain amount of points took away any enjoyment I could have had. My sister loved reading regardless, but I couldn’t.
Then when we would drive home to visit from college the couple of hours in the car could get old, so we decided that we’d read to each other. Whoever wasn’t driving, got to read. I fell in love with books for the first time.
All this to say I’m ridiculously excited for the new series and almost cried when I saw the trailer the other day. I’m so ready to see Walker, Ary, and Leah as our Percy, Grover, and Annabeth. 🥰🥰🥰

Then at the station as they’re sitting around and he’s telling them he can’t just forget to text her Buck, another random firefighter leaves the table so as not to get involved 🤣😂🤣

So, Eddie just told Buck to dress up nice and they were going to use his new affinity for math, and as we see them walking it just so happens to look like a date. Eddie watching him looking so proud the whole time. They are sitting closer than anyone else at the table. I just, how was this not considered a date other than it was 2 men…

So let me make sure I get this straight… after Buck was struck by lightning, his sister made a sort of round the clock check in for him. Which he saw from a mile away. Then we see Buck show up at Eddie’s house, invite himself in and get comfy on the couch, falling asleep instantly, followed by Eddie helping him understand it was okay to feel all the different ways about dying. You’re going to tell me this and then tell me they’re not in love with each other? I don’t follow.

Another Buddie reveal idea…that one clip of the person opening their door partway to talk to whoever and their hand is over the mouth of the person they’re hiding in their room.
Maybe Eddie opens the door for Chris and has his hand on Buck’s mouth so he doesn’t give anything away.

I want a Bathena type of relationship reveal for Buddie I think. You know, they had the date at the end of season 1, but it was the small make out on duty that really gave it away.
I would love the build up, and the confession, but I’m also good with it being sprung on us when they sneak away or have a day off. Something where it cuts to them together. Come on ABC don’t let us down!

I’ve been looking for inspiration for another embroidery project, this is amazing!! 🥰🥰
Embroidery project update!
I’ve embroidered the text and the outline of Maddie’s sleeve!
So the black dotted outline around the edge is there to help me keep things square - so that I don’t over stretch the fabric while it’s in the frame!
The next thing to do is outline all the skin areas - this will be a bit different from the sleeve outline because I don’t want the same sort of edge - skin is a little less defined - so I will use a running stitch like the black dotted line that will be more easily absorbed into the proper stitching!
With that done it will be time to start infilling - that’s when it starts to look like progress is slow!!
