Glenn here. In the past, it was.. wonderful, from what I have read. The wastelands are all I know now, but it used to be the best thing ever I think. It's still.. nice here, sure, but I'd live anywhere else if I had the choice. Also, if you ever wanna figure out dimensional travel, I'd talk to my friend [REDACTED] the Humbug.

Boots chuckled a bit, nuding prince playfully.
"down, Princey. i'm not sure i quite understand the question, but i did notice a few glitches in my recent invention. perhaps that could be considered your "distortion" eh?"
Boots looked back over at the screen as Tiff cocked her head to the side.
"what even is a distortion anyways?"
She questioned nervously, not having a good feeling about this...

what happened to put you in a situation like this?

Kelsey: Well, let me explain this as simply as I can.
The monster world wasn't as.. uncivilized as you think it was. We had similar lives to humans, actually. Some islands even got into the occasional conflict, but those were easily sorted out...
For the most part, at least...
One day, a conflict between 2 islands grew to involve into involving FIVE islands. It got so bad that some islands not involved started to bomb the involed islands, just to be attacked back. Some islands were destroyed, but most remained...
Mythical Island was probably the only one to not get destroyed or ruined the most. Even some non-mythicals managed to dream up that place and go there. Not me, however...
Anywho, most monsters stayed in the shelters and had to live the rest of their lives down there. Some, though, waited a few years and came up to the surface. Like me, Azul, Cary, Dynamite, etc.. Humans should learn from our experiences. War never results in good for anyone.

Amara, how is the rest of the pomily? do you have any sisters, and if so, how are they?
AMARA: Well, not just sisters.. A majority of my.. known siblings and cousins identify as female, sure, but.. some are.. male! Or.. non-binary.. or others. Zero, for example, is my non-binary Epic Hoola sibling. Xe is.. doing well, actually. I'm not sure how.. my.. other siblings are though, probably cuz they don't wanna leave the Protective Underground Castle, or.. "shelter", as you.. humans say...

to all of you, are you okay? how have you been doing? i know it must be tough to be in a wasteland
AZUL: It's been.. alright.. wandering the remains of most islands kinda feels.. sad, honestly. Most islands have remained safe.. besides fire oasis and a few others. Living in the monster world after all the island wars... it just.. feels.. odd.
CARY: Yeah... we've been making it through, though! I've been building things like carts and wagons and stuff to help transport resources to others! Isn't that right, Kelsey?
KELSEY: Yep... been helping Cary out with that.. I'm not sure how my boyfriend, Theodore, is doing..
DYNAMITE: I've been doing... fine, I guess. Best thing keeping me from going on a rampage for fun though is hanging out with the besties!
