april 24th/25th, 2024
my new philosophy is that shifting attempts should never take longer that 15-20 minutes. i’ve found that i do my best work in 15 or less.
i’ve been doing my basic relaxing my whole body, saying “i am pure consciousness” and then affirming “i am in my dr” over and over again and i think i’m getting closer. i just need to persist.

hip hip hooray i’m back into shifting!! i’m trying to go back and try old methods that i did when i was around 13 and almost shifted.
sad news though: my attention span has gone to shit and as i was counting down from 100, i lost track before i even reached 90. i think i’m going to try again before i go to sleep tonight and then just every day this week.

something that annoyed me
a lil while ago someone in a discord server said that you won’t shift if you obsess over ur dr .. and one of the mods pinned it, i’m sorry but who wouldn’t be excited to shift to their DREAM reality ??? idk what to tell these folks, i shifted multiple times over pure obsession, hyperfixations & desperation 😭 i’m still obsessed, i have a whole pinterest account dedicated to my dr which has 10k pins .. that has gotta be the most dumbest thing i have heard all week ngl
