I have to talk about Simon (and by proxy, Omar's acting) in this scene, which is the CUTEST Wilmon scene we've gotten imo and I haven't been able to stop thinking about it. How cat-like, needy, cuddly, and all over his man Simon is after Wille joins the choir. He's just a little kitten...acts of service are definitely his love language, the way he is all over Wille and nuzzling him after Wille joins the choir, this is so ENDEARING. I love them your honor.

I can't stop watching this gif. It's so tender and intimate, the heart to heart conversation with the little touches, both their hands keeping contact with each other. Simon's thumb gently stroking up and down Wille's arm as Wille's hand lays over his heart. Wille lovingly stroking Simon's curls, which in a way represent one of the differences between them. Physical and emotional intimacy together in one. The very picture of two lovers ♡

I will always have a soft spot in my heart for characters running around looking for their loved ones in a panic. One of my favourite things. And Edvin delivered. My god, that was beautiful. I felt that in my bones.

also also the way yeah simon and wille got to be together yeah 1000% but sara and felice!! god it’s so rare for any media to portray friendship and platonic relationships as just as important if not more important than romantic. but!!!!! they were also in that car!! they were endgame too!! it just brings me such joy that this silly angsty little romance can also put such value in friendship too <3 oh young royals writers just kill me

Willie saying "No, I did it for me" after Simon asked if he adbidcated for him is just such a necessary moment and perfect story telling. Like yes this is a love story but its also a coming of age story where Wilhelm finally realised what it is he truly needs and what makes him happy before stepping away from effectively the one thing that defined him and he knew his entire life. And he did it all so that HE can be happy and proud of himself.

I personally love what they did with August's storyline. Do I think he deserves prison for leaking the video? Yes. Do I think his prison would've been too comfortable? Also yes.

The way they chose to give him everything he wants is as close to a fair punishment that he could ever receive. People like him always gets what they want. Only this time, what he wants is only going to make him miserable. Enjoy your throne, August. You deserve it.

I’m actually really proud of Wilhelm for standing up for himself against Vincent in that argument.

He’s right! It’s ingrained into their very being, and that’s the problem. They need to rebuild. And I’m really proud of him for finally, after three seasons, realizing that he is not the problem, and he’s allowed to say it.
