“Rupert Grint is kind to everybody. He’s always on time. He’s super professional. It comes effortlessly to him. He’s just an unusual human being in every way. He’s truly become a wonderful actor. I defy you to find somebody that doesn’t have something good to say about him.” — M. Night Shyamalan

I find Draco to be an interesting foil to Ron. They’re both Pure-Blood, but Draco is a major blood purist, whereas Ron is much more accepting of Half-Bloods/Muggle-Borns. Draco comes from wealth, privilege and a lifetime of being spoiled, whereas Ron has always had hand-me-downs and had all his siblings to compete for the spotlight with. Even in Quidditch, Draco gets on the team by having his father buy expensive brooms for everyone, whereas Ron gets on the team by working hard for it.
