I would pay an ungodly amount of money for a Supernatural finale where Dean rescues Cas from the Empty and tells him he loves him too, Eileen comes back to be with Sam, and Jack chooses to live with the four of them in the bunker as a happy family.

happy 7th birthday (and a day), Jack!!! i'm so sorry i was late i severely misjudged how long this would take me and then yesterday i had a truly chaotic day.

i really understand that a lot of canon fix-its write Cas as becoming human again as an extension of his arc, falling so-to-say completely for Dean and being a part of the human creation he learned to adore but man, I loved when Cas just did weird angel stuff.
I loved when he could smell sickness on someone, when cars felt claustrophobic for him because of his wings, when he could drink an entire liquor store, when Dean made him lift heavy shit he couldn't move, ran to hell just to -try- to get Sam out of the cage.
He is an ancient cosmic being and I want Dean to love that about him too.

it's actually so crazy brubaker got away with winter soldier. like for decades bucky being a child was a cornerstone of the marvel universe. it was the reason they don't have kid sidekicks it was proof marvel comics were serious and mature unlike dc. and then brubaker was like forget all that I want 500 works on ao3 by the end of the week. and then he had a bit part in the movie oiling up sebastian stan which is the only thing he got paid for because marvel sucks.
