i did this thing when i played infinite wealth where i changed the in game playlist based on who i was playing so i can’t think of or listen to way of life without thinking of running through yokohama trying to find all the walk n talks

you're going about your normal day when, suddenly, surprise! you've been pokémon mystery dungeon'd!
unfortunately, due to budget cuts, the pokémon assigning quiz has been canceled. instead, you must spin THE WHEEL, assigning you a random, unevolved, non-legendary and non-mythical pokémon. you must now go on some sort of world-saving adventure as this pokémon. good luck!
tell me in the tags what you rolled, and how you feel about it - for bonus points, you can spin the wheel again for (or just take your pick of) a pokémon to be your partner.
bonus rules:
you're not shiny unless the wheel tells you you're shiny
take your pick of regional forms and evolutions (for example, if you roll vulpix, it's up to you whether that means normal or alolan vulpix)
apply whatever logic you like with regards to gender
have fun and be yourself!

another update, post obelisk edition
so gamers we did it we’re getting somewhere
i just realized how many phys-focused demons there actually are unless you fuse. because of how level scaling works, while the levels of your demons aren’t everything, some might be severely lacking in certain stats (mainly vitality) and absolutely need the level boosts from sacrificial fusion or mitamas. since that’s not an option since both are fusion-based, imma have to get creative.
my one elec using demon (naga raja) mutated zionga into focus which i couldn’t pass up. it’s such a good skill, and though he hasn’t learned shock yet, it isn’t the most reliable skill so i have to go hunting for another elec using demon. would do raiju if it weren’t for the move pool. those slots are so important to fill.
next up is to beat red and black rider n do some kalpa stuff but i also really wanna see if i can get titania since she’s gonna be really good for my sorry ass team. there’s also a much better arahabaki down there so i’m torn aaaa
